Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised, or nothing at all. To appear legitimate, the website has fake Trusted Google Store, PayPal Verified and Hacker Safe trusted seals. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from the Dude Creative.
Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Hi, also purchased an item on 28 May 2018. Paid using PayPal. I have purchased two items from this online store. it is more than 3 months since it has been paid for. How the heck do I get in touch with anybody to get my monies refunded to me?MariusSOUTH AFRICA.
I have the same issue going on 5 months. I have received one email back from someone there to my many emails. I got one from them on September 5 of this yearsimply saying. How can I help you? What was your order number?This after I had sent them 6 emails all with my order number name and email etc included. The email I got back from them was from the following email address:customer@dudevreative.comI have since emailed that address 3 times all have gone thru I have never gotten a failed to deliver message but I have also never gotten a reply since the 5 of September 2018.I have emailed them again today and have given them till the 5 of October 2018 to either refund my money or fulfill my order.The order total was 40 dollars not a grand amount but still 40 dollars that I feel was stolen from me now. Anyway I hope this helps you.I wouldn't count on a swift reply if you email them. After reading this on here I wish I had researched them before ordering anything. If you cannot reach them, open a dispute with your bank.
I placed an order and paid on 7/6/18.Nothing was received. I'm fedup with this.
same case here. I ordered for a car dent repair device two months ago and nothing is forthcoming.I haven't received any update on shipment and I haven't been given even a tracking number. I have sent mail to request in vain.
Unfortunately, did not see this before using DudeCreative. Well cant log into the site and have no idea of the status of the order (hahahahahaha). But, its been over a month. No responses from emails etc... Ah well, I guess I am one of the many who have fallen victim to the site.Let the buyer beware

this company is a scam!
Why don't they stop these people; they need to be arrested. this is ridiculous; all these people being scammed!
