I agree. This is a bogus company selling cheap Chinese junk. When it fails to arrive, doesn't work, isn't what's advertised or breaks immediately, you're out of luck. NO customer service, no one to contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I can verify that this is a fraudulent company... Their goods are not authentic and there guarantee is not a guarantee... the company was in constant contact until I requested a refund... They literally have disappeared from any communication and you cannot reach them at the phone number provided!!! The products that I ordered were counterfeit, became very hot just from charging let alone would not turn on.

Product supposedly shipped from China, shows enroute (which is the excuse for no refund), but that was a week ago, mid-January. The ORIGINAL puchase was the last week in November for a Christmas gift. Had purchased through paypal, but for some reason after complaining to Valuegear, and posting a claim on paypal, paypal site was "access denied" on our computer. Coincidence? Many emails to Valuegear have gone unanswered. Total scam and rip-off. Stay away from this company.
