I made an online shopping on the www.jiojoi.com on 12th November for 53,48 EUR, but was charged for 73,97 USD, which made a difference in CZK currency about 400 CZK. But the worse is, that I have not received the ordered and paid goods and seems I've lost 73,97 USD which makes 1761,30 CZK.Well this made me bad experience, but this will help me to be more careful by next ordering from not proven and known internet shops.I will try to follow your advice and ask my bank for any help, if it is possible to have the performed transaction cancelled and if possible the money refunded. If you have any experience if this is possible or how to apply for this, I would be grateful for any information.Thank you very muchMartin P.
