I made a purchase on 11/29/2019 and the product is still pending payment, although the payment was made in its day. In addition, it has generated small payments of almost 6 euros that I have not made.

I have spoken with the bank but it seems that the consented payment of more than 70 euros will be lost. You have to freeze the card so that it does not generate more payments. They do not respond to contact emails, so I imagine they did not send the product because fortunately I have not paid it again, but I do not know if I will recover the amount.
