The "Fire Fashion Store" at firefashionstore.com website is an untrustworthy online store. After countless emails going back 2 months i received an e mail that it was delivered ...never arrived. They never sent my order. I was able to get a complete refund via my bank as I paid on my credit card though.

They stole about 100 euros from me! never received anything!
Received via email:"I bought a sand mat from this company last year in June and never received my item just countless emails saying delay with the order. I do believe they are a fraudulent company and would warn anyone not to be scammed like me"
I too ordered a product paid for it never received it nearly nine months ago.
I ordered something and never received it. Be aware, do not order from this company!
I've also placed orders with this company-I got one order delivered, but after several months the other orders are nowhere to be seen and their site constantly says unavailable now when I try to follow up tracking of where they might be from the links in order confirmation emails. Avoid!!
