Is "Wowm" an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Wowm is a known scam site. Check other scam reporting sites on the net and you will see dozens of complaints from people ordering the smartphone Wowm advertise only to receive a cheap and nasty bluetooth earphone set.

It happened to me and after initially rejecting my claim PayPal overturned the reject and refunded my money in full. It is disgraceful that PayPal still allows this known scam organisation to receive money through them.

Had the same experience. Ordered and paid for smartphone, but they sent me cheap earphones. They promised to send the smartphone and I could keep the earphones. no charge. Paypal did not refund my money the smartphone is not sent and paypal advised me to send in a police report? Do you really think the norwegian police will make such an report? They have other things to do, so better take my loss. NEVER ORDER SOMETHING AT THIS COMPAGNY. PURE FRAUDE

Unscrupulous, fraudulent trader

Like others this unscrupulous sent me some cheap and very nasty earphones instead of the advertised smartphone. There is no way this is a mistake as it is happening to so many others. Fortunately PayPal has refunded my payment in full.

This is a company to be ignored by shoppers and to be prosecuted by authorities for blatant fraud.

Same as others, ordered a cell phone and got earphones, this is a scam!

The same happened to us yesterday. I contacted PayPal, wrote messages to the seller.

What are your experiences with payment with PayPal,is there a guarantee to get your money back?

Bought two phones and got delivery of an earphone!
Paid by Paypal, hopefully will get refunded. Paypal should freeze their account as so many people got scammed the same way.

I have the same problem. I bought 2 ioutdoor X phones and after several days, and asking for this several times, I received a tracking number.

I started a dispute in Paypal.

WOWM.COM is most definitely a fake shopping website, I have purchase item, ioutdoor X Mobile phone with their order No. #WM33046 on Oct 21st from wowm.com and paid it through PayPal but until now I have not received any update about it.

I have raised query through their email service-wowm.com and they just simply replied as under;

Coming back on my previous review, the tracking now seems to work on the china post link. I will see how long it takes to get delivered, and if I received the correct item.

I bought a mobile in WOWM and then I wanted to cancel and could not, I contacted them and they told me to tell them why I wanted to cancel in a first -mail, after I sent them the order number in a second -mail, in a third party that their products are of first quality and I have not heard anything else.

I bought 2 mobile phones from WOWM on 25/10/18 and their site claim delivery is between 5-7 days. We are now 11 days and no delivery. I emailed them and they said they will let me know when it is out for shipping, nothing more.

I then contacted them via Paypal and they sent me a tracking number, which does not work. They sent me a link in an email (see ahead) I believe that link is fake and can be something they are generating themselves.

They claim the item will be shipped via China-Post EMS. I entered the tracking number on the official China-Post EMS tracking site and it returned with an error, which confirms the tracking is fake. I opened a case with Paypal but later found they emailed me that it has been shipped with a tracking link.

I seem to lose my money to wowm, I bought 2 mobile phone from them on 21//10/2018 and I have not heard anything yet.

Do not trust wowm.com these people are fraud/cheater. I given the order and still have not got any updater and reply

As seen ad on Facebook from wowm and I want to purchase a mobile but I visited its Official site but there is no ad as I seen on Facebook.

WOWM is most definitely a fake shopping website, they look very good though, they owe me for not supplying goods, they took my money through paypal.
