I was left thinking it hadn't processed when a week later the goods arrived and my account was debited £99.00. when the item was tagged as £22. No paperwork was included in the package and I had to get the info from my bank and find the contact details online.When I telephoned them they offered me 30% back with some other products that I didn't want. then they told me they would charge me £3.85 per item as a restocking charge....outrageous! I have returned the item with a tracking receipt at a cost of £7.40 so let us see if they do return my full £99.00. So you have to stand to the loses but the bank will block any subsequent withdraws on your account.
