I ordered a product on Jan 7, 2019. They do not answer emails and there is no phone number listed. I have list $123.03 Cdn. It appears this is a scam company. What recourse do we have? The need to be tracked down and charged with fraud. Please advise how to pursue this course of action.

Yes, I bought a model plane but when arrived not as described. I was mislead, good plane though :)
On January 24, 2019, I bought from this company 2 articles that arrived today April 4, 2019. I just thought that I had fallen into a scam trap. It comes from China. The merchandise does not deserve the price paid.Their email is not available, and it is impossible to locate them. After this scare, I do not recommend them. I had to communicate 2 times with my credit card for the concern. Lesson learned.
