The physical address, 2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE13 6EE, is the same for several online shopping websites that share the exact same layout, selling the exact same products. Hope that someone on the UK already raised a complaint with the proper authorities.

    I ordered a mobile phone from them, they said it had been delivered but I never received it, be aware.

    Yes, they got me. After ordering lots of things via the net this is the first time it's happened.

    Like so many other people I believe Facebook has a role in this by allowing Bokham to advertise. I have to say Bokham did a good job, I got a full tracking history from the UK to Australia including customs etc right up to the day it was to be delivered.

    A lesson learned.

      Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
