Hello dear staff. On your line store on. www.Harmonypick.com I have ordered a pair of electric scissors on 21st of Jan 2019. Costing £24.97, paid by my master card, but up till now never have received it.

Please, I want to know the status of my recent online order only a few minutes ago.
I have already checked out but then there was another offer but I was hitting the button, "No thanks, I'll pass", it won't confirm and when I push the return button it just disappeared and nothing came out to tell me the status; if the purchase was successful or not. Please clarify.
