I ordered a spa also and was sent a childrens play pool. I could not get ahold of the web site either. They are a rip off.

I also ordered the portable bubble massage spa set they have put up on Facebook and not received my purchase at a cost of $119.99.

I have tried going to their web page that is selling them and it does not exist any longer.

I'd really like to know what's going on here.

I cannot tell where the website is located and their only means of communication is via an online form. There is no physical address, telephone number or email address.

The only thing we can tell you is that the website's domain name is registered by someone in Panama.

Please inform our USA citizens to inform their bank!!

They will more than likely get a refund.
And get a new card..

Watch their bank account for charges..
They start small..to see if it works then big!!

And do not use these goods, if they should receive it..

It will catch fire or blow up..

Thank you
Government Employee..

Call your bank..
Show them the website..including this site..
They will give you a new card.
And refund your money..
I did my immediately ..
Don’t delay..
They will try and charge you international money fee..

Then try and sell your info.
If you receive the goods, do not use it.. you will highly likely get electrocution..

These are knock offs.

On your bank card there should be an 800 number. I'd call it. Most banks have 24 hour call centres.
