I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, games, software, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.
Online users who have already subscribed to services on www.bonymedia.com are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

Be aware of this company. I tried to watch a “free” educational video while homeschooling my son. Their website popped up asking for my bank card details and went on to take money from my account for their subscription service. Don’t phone them either as it’s a premium number and costs a fortune! They respond quickly to emails but with a sarcastic tone. Stay away from these scammers.
How I can stop to them from taking money from my account?
block your credit card and ask your bank to give you another, with a different number
Cancel the card they are charging and get a new one.
Received via email: "Good morning, I am writing this email to track two successful phishing attempts on my prepaid card from the bonymedia.com sites of € 67.95 and € 48.90 feetrain.com. I want to get back the reimbursement of these sums as these have been withdrawn without updating/authorization of the subscription of these two above. Yours sincerely."
I'm also one of the people who are crying about bonymedia, please help me to unsubscribe to this scam, they trick me about T.B Joshua competition and I entered the competition now they taking my children's money. Please anyone who can help
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then cancel your card and get a new one to stop the unwanted charges.
Tried to access one of the offerings and it wouldn't open. Called bank, canceled card and the new one on the way. Thank you for saving me potential money problems.
Received via email: "Message came in from Bonymedia charging me R39,44 - no idea who they are or how they could charge me for anything. Reported this to my bank - blocked this site."
Bonymedia charged my card 1EUR for a trial period and I don't care about the 1EUR but, no sign of a book I was looking for!Had to cancel my card right away as I didn't know if they would charge for a monthly subscription after the trial ends! Its a complete fraud and after looking around it seems this type of scam is the same with many other similar-type sites. BEWARE! If you do get into this mess, cancel your card right away! They have your card details, they can either charge you anytime or they can SELL your card details to the underground!
Bony media charged my card without my knowledge. I contacted this company by finding them online. They did say they would refund my money. What I like to know is how they got my information in the first place.
