I am hanafI. I am in Malaysia. I made a purchase 8th aug 2018 2 units of keyboard at USD100 each... payment made by debit card... when I checked with my bank, the payment made out converted to "Chinese Yen", but the shipment of the goods, from the Port Of Berlin (Germany) ... from the tracking schedule, today I got a remark of "Undeliverable Misrouted".

Actually, I start to realized that I was cheated, 3 days ago, after I read a about the fakes of the website ... in a few days time now, I will make a police report and also a report to the nmultimedia minister of malaysia to block the website, to safe the other victim.

I pray to The God ... for the police, to catch the culprix ...

Same story as others. Purchased an item, even has tracking with it arriving through customs. Then after 5 weeks the tracking is listed as product deliverered.

No answer to phones or messages.

Yes me too, I'm usually fairly careful but it wasn't a huge amount of money and I thought it all looked legit. As others have stated they give you a list of dates and locations as to it's travel and then it's mis directed, sent back to delivery office, then says delivered left at front door. BULL***T ARTISTS and they don't reply to e mails and you can't get them on the phone.

I bought a guitar from this mob and it took ages. I tracked it every day, after about 5 weeks I checked the tracking 1 day and it finally said delivered to front door, only it wasn't delivered at all.

I sent about 5 emails requesting the official tracking number but they never answered even 1.

The tracking number they supply is just for Thier dodgy site.

I came across Musicarte Store on face book and found a 2017 Gibson Les Paul electric guitar selling for a rediculas price of not $199 but $129.39.

This included a hardshell case for an extra $39.

And this package would be shipped to me from the UK all the way to Australia for FREE.

Come on guys if you going to fool someone please adjust the price.

I found the exact product including the stolen pictures of the guitar on line for $2,199.86 not including postage on Ebay.

If something looks too good to be true.. it usually is.

    Thanks for the information people

Hello, Fortunately I found this place where I was about to send $ 100 for a keyboard, it was very strange for the price, I was looking for a while and could not find anything, then I realized that the products almost did not bring a description and fixed me that the green padlock was not updated and better I did not want to send money and then I found this site and I was free, although unfortunately I gave them my information (address, name and phone number).

At least today I did not fall for that scam ... I hope that all those who had this problem follow it up because it is a crime that must be sanctioned.

    Best regards.

Don't order things from its a scam, I ordered a Roland RD 2000 stage grand and I have never received it. It will even give you something to track your order with but its all a fake thing. It showed that my order was delivered but I never got anything. Please, I am just a concerned person.

Do not whatsoever. The real site is and not the latter is a fake. You will try calling their lines but you will not able to get through. You will even send emails but to no avail.

I was about to finalized my payment, 'been filling up the required details while investigating the authenticity of the website/seller. Luckily though I'm not really sure what happened, Musicarte website just turned in to this website - hxxp:// The logo of Musicarte suddenly became "Steves Music Store".

These 2 websites are fraud though there is really a legitimate Musicarte site, this is without "" only ".com"
