The website "www.bookgemm.com" is an untrustworthy one. The website, which claims it lets you enjoy books from any device, similar to other untrustworthy ebook websites. Online users who have used their credit cards on the untrustworthy website run the risk of their cards being charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have canceled their subscriptions. Therefore, do not even think about contacting their customer support or service, contact your bank instead and dispute the charges with them to get a refund.

I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, games, software, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online users who have already subscribed to services on www.bookgemm.com are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the untrustworthy website from charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I prohibit them from continuing to charge my credit card. I never subscribed and filed a complaint with the police about the unauthorized debits. What they're doing is cheating.

I prohibit them from charging the fee, which has already been passed to my bank, for a value of € 49.95. In case of charging this or any other, my lawyers will get in touch with you, because what they are doing is not legal at all.

Same bad experience with these internet criminals!
Subscription already canceled after 2 minutes because I noticed too late that I had closed something that might be malicious (read: reviews from others). Unfortunately, € 49.95 was simply debited on my credit card. Bank called but he can not claim anything. Then on the advice of the bank with ATOS and Card stop called. Credit card was blocked immediately and automatically within 5 days a new credit card is issued. Annoying (because you have to type and adjust your new cardnumber everywhere) but the best and fastest way to get rid of those gladjanuses. Do not even bother to approach them because you will not succeed.
How Bookgemm works: Do not deliver anything, ignore cancellation, collect money.
The worst I think is that they are riding on the American version of Bookgem with one m in the back, which does deliver. And there I went into the fog. I noticed too late that I was with the cheaters and not with the original BookGem.
