Is "The Trendy Deal Store" an Untrustworthy Website?

I ordered an item from them October 2018. I got a message from them stating that my item was on backorder and would be shipped as soon as possible. It is now December 3. 2019 and nothing. I can't even go to their website because it is listed as unsafe!

I seem to have been scammed too. Ordered in October and no product was delivered. Requests through e-mails for refund were not answered. Chris K.

It looks like I too have been scammed! Ordered Dec 21 and no products or available contact. I pd through Amazon cc so I think I must get a refund. Sad, but this will keep me from ordering from the internet again.

I have given order and paid for my order but the site is unavailable so watch more and not received order from trendy deal so, is there any way to complain for that?

I too ordered in September 2018, still no product or refund even though I was emailed that a refund had been done. Not just angry,beyond that. Emailed now several times but no response from trendy deal store whatsoever.

I too have bought items which never arrived from these scammers. Refund promised but surprise surprise never received. They're CROOKS and should be stopped from advertising.

Definitely a scam got the very same message from Ashley costumer service rep.

Is there anything we can do to squash these frauds and get our money back - think my bank should be able to trace a payment - I'm gonna check it out.

I ordered an ice cream maker...got an email to say they had sent it.

Then got another email telling me there had been a mistake made with my order...

A new product had been sent..along with a lifetime code for discounts on future purchases..and several extra goodies to say sorry...so far...nothing.

False site, I never received the goods, they said that I had been misplaced and they were sending another one and returning the money to me.

Scammers send you emails to keep you thinking your still getting the stuff you ordered! Same as above never received my item!

Do file a complaint with your State's Attorney General Fraud Dept..!

reactions from them are as follow : a) they informed me "...Your orderis delivred but it appears it was lost in local services ( fake informations, i verifiyed in local services )

and

" ... We shipped out new order,free of chage, including extra goodes as our way of saying sorry " ; b) somdays after this : " great news your order will arrive very soon ( including free gifts ) signed by ashley-customer support.
of course, no delivry,no items,no free gifts.

so, all deals with this spam web site is pure fake,pure frauds.

I warn all customers to avoid nay contacts with trendy deal store and to udertake all possible to eliminate this spam

I got the same replies and was told I would be refunded and that never happened.

The page is a fraud. Offer goods, take money, and do not send goods and do not refund money.

Wrote asking for refund as did not recieve the pods.

First they told me they had been sent & when I asked again they said they would return my money because the order never was sent.

Same here..... Ordered item 2 months ago. Never arrived. Their site has disappeared. Its no secret whats going on here. Full on fraudulent criminal activity.

Of course, we should have googled them before ordering.

as A customer who bought and paid them a few month ago for 2 items I didn`t get the items I bought and didn`t get any reply from them for the emails I sent them, of course I also didn`t get my money back.


Jt seems that they are A bunch of thieves and crooks that are Seeking innocent victims on the internet to earn money, I warn you all not to buy anything from them or your money will get lost .

Be aware, this site is a fraud, do NOT use it, they seem friendly, answer the mails at first, now I cannot find them, no more answers, once they get your money they never answer again, and never deliver the product! Do NOT use this website, it is a fraud.

I placed an order with Trendy Deal store. They send me several e-mails telling me they are sending my order but now no news...

I paid for the shipment only as the goods ordered were free.
But going on their site, it seems as if this site does not exist anymore.

How can I can get a refund of the shipment payment I made?

I purchased from there. My order didn't arrive so they "issued a refund" which I never saw.
