Noresu Online Store - is it a Scam?

I ordered a Airblown christmas yard ornament back in Dec 2019. After a few weeks I never received it. so I emailed and they told me that it had been sent out . I did receive a silver ring. So once again I emailed to tell them and they told me that they lost my order and reship the order to me. Well I waited another month and nothing . So I emailed again and told them I wanted a refund. Told me I would only get 70% for purchased price. And as of today 6/7/20 I still have not received anything. These people are unreal

I also placed an order for a posted Christmas outdoor display led lighted train set for $59.99 but never got it! I realized that there was no order history ever displayed and only shows cart empty! This was done in December 12 2019 and never got a response or email! This website is a complete scam and they lure their victims by reduced priced items that were too good to be true for that price! They are pasting adds from other popular stores like Target, Walmart and others using them for their own advertisements on their website.
But now they are noticing our complaints and they have raised their prices to ridiculous outrageously higher than they are sold for only trying to discourage us from continuing purchasing their product, a dirty business tactic used to cover their tracks! Buyers beware! Totally a scamming website! Spread the news!

I made an order at the beginning of November. I ordered 2 sets of luggage, 3 pieces each for a total of 3 pieces of luggage. Several weeks later a received a pair of knock off Oakley sunglasses. I contacted Noresu for a refund and was given the run around for weeks. In face, it's been over a month since I originally requested a refund and they still have not sent me anything. Additionally, they requested that I pay the shipping costs for the product they had sent me. Not return shipping, they wanted to deduct the shipping costs from the wrong item from my refund. I told them I'm not responsible for their mistake and asked for the whole refund amount...they were giving me the run around, but now they aren't even responding to my e-mails.

noresu is absolutely a scam! Ordered an inflatable Santa fir $52 and was strubg along with tracking updates for two weeks until I received a pair of cheap counterfeit sunglasses! Many people never received anything so At least I got a chesp piece of plastic.

Scam. Ordered. No confirmation no email or contact. They didn’t respond. Canceled credit card.

This site seem to be all over Offer Up right now yet don’t process any payment in a proper manner that your bank will approve so that alone speaks a lot for what may be wrong, also payments are charged to a third party site per bank alerts so be cautious
