I was scammed too! it was a lucrative deal and thought of trying with something less so ranged my cost to $53... I have written at least 25 emails and all they say its in process or takes time to be shipped or excuses for festivities given as the reason for delay. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and also cancelled my card to avoid any further frauds.

Please don't fall for things which look so lucrative.

I have been scammed too! I will take your advise and contact my bank regarding the credit card payment! First time for me, not a nice experience but thank you for the advice.

I have been contacting the seller's customer service and they keep on answering my email, however, they would always say that they will deliver the item and I have to be patient.

My item has been purchased Sept 15 and has been at customs tax declaration since Nov 13th. But customer service says that I should be patient and should cooperate with them all the time when I kept on asking for the status of my order.

I told them that I just wanted to know when they will deliver the item but I was told that my questions can be answered in their FAQ page.

The longer you wait, the more reason you will not be able to get back your money from the bank.

Open a dispute with your bank now, to have your money refunded.

Yes, I also fell for this scam. I purchased first waiting, waiting it has finally dawned on me they are not going to send any merchandise.

I am contacting my cc and it's sad that a few scammers make it bad for legitimate businesses but I wont be buying anything off Facebook ads again!

I fell for this scam. I contacted the email on website to cancel within an hour of purchase because I read some of these websites saying fraud and I received broken English responses that had nothing to do with my email about canceling order.

Contacted credit card company and they refunded my account and doing an investigation. I am done trying to save a buck. Places I know from here on out.

I tried to use my MasterCard twice but thanks God it Failed. Went to my bank and I canceled my card just in case. And is true this website looks legit even the prices were ridiculously low and hard to believe.

I too fell for this scam, but they did take the money from my MasterCard. I had to call and get a new card and file a report on them. Thank you guys for your comments and this article!

I tried ordering and the payment kept failing and after contacting them I got bad English auto replies that they only accept MasterCard (which I was using) I then got suspicious and found this!

This site seems legit but after further research they use Home Depot reviews to make them look genuine . I called my bank and put a hold on my card.

Same thing happened to me today. I thought the prices were too good to be true. Should have listened to my gut on this one.

I, too, used a Mastercard and the payment kept failing. I even contacted customer service and their response was asking me to send them my email address.

Um...I sent them an email first, shouldn't they have that info? Stay far away from this I have to call the bank and man I feel so stupid!

Me too! I’ll stick to eBay from now on! Don’t worry no funds came out of my account but I’ve had to cancel my card because of the cyber criminals! Lesson learnt.

So glad I found this warning site, I just hope others do too.
