They should just delete it instead. The fake email is being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick recipients into clicking on the link in it, which goes to a phishing website. If visitors to the phishing website attempt to sign into it, their usernames and passwords will be sent to the cybercriminals behind the phishing scam.
