I orders several items last october. My order status was changed a few times, so my hope that these items would arrive before Christmas faded. I wrote to them in January accusing them of fraud. The package finally arrived in January. NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE WHAT I HAD ORDERED! The package was full of cheesy, second-rate articles in fake materials, which were not at all what I had ordered! Huge waste of money. Such beautifyl clothing pictured on their site; so easy to be mislead...
I ordered some items a few months ago. I keep getting mails saying my order status has changed but then I can't trace it. I will contact my bank and ask them to put the money back on my card. I don't know why Facebook let them pop up every day for weeks whenever I checked in...
Absolute garbage... dont waste your money... I ordered a coat a a scarf on Nov 25. In hopes it would get here for christmas. It is now Dec 18th. I emailed them to see where it was it hasnt even shipped. So I asked them to cancel the order as I have no use for it and now have to go find something else. I am currently in an email war with them and all they have to say is "kindly wait it will be shipped. I have asked 4x now to cancel and refund my money. They will not refund or cancel my order. Please dont waste your time.
