Kukudzai located at www.kukudzai.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Total scam. I fought these guys as I had ordered a 40 RC helicopter for my son 40 dollars (80% off) and six weeks later I got a cheap 5 dollar toy helicopter. I fought them and PayPal who did nothing (lost my case). This was also advertised on Facebook. Chinese crooks!
I ordered a mini-circular saw and 6-blades from a link I saw on Facebook in October 2019. The 'Deal' was for 70% off the saw which made the price ~$25. I received the blades in December. I emailed the company to ask about the saw, and since I had only one tracking number associated with the order. I was told that I only ordered the blades. After going back and forth for a few days, they offered "some compensation". I have stopped communicating with them since it is a waste of time.
It is a scam! Don't buy anything from this guys, I bought 4 tools worth $85 USD, and I received completely different stuff worth maybe $20 usd. Don't trust this guys!

I ordered toys worth 90 usd ...no reply from them, not trustworthy... I'm surprised some of them got goods from them. Bouncing emails and fake phone number.
Received item today, very obviously fake and nothing like the picture. Would not use again
yes I ordered sharpening machine to this company and the machine did not arrived as ordered.I received abrasives belt package instead and no machine.I have no used for what they sent me without the sharpening machine.I called my bank and disputed the charges.
HI to whom it may concernWe ordered an item from this company, it took more than a month for delivery and when the item arrived it showed a different picture to what we ordered. Do not use this company for online shopping.One very unhappy client.
I ordered a security camera, 30 days later received an 8 gb memory card. Called and texted company, got the run-around, finally contacted PayPal and I think they have it straightened out. I do NOT recommend kukudzai.Run from them very hard to deal with
I ordered a number of products from Kukudzai.Some of them arrived, but the main ones did not. Unfortunately the value of the goods was less than £100 so no help from credit card.
I placed an order an have heard nothing on shipping. I will be calling my bank and cards and PayPal. No contact # located for them.
