Same story here sadly. No email received only texts and of course my order doesn’t exist. Received text to say thank you for my order then another the following day to say it had been shipped but with a broken link. Very sad. Baby coming but no bassinet to speak of. Now to start the process of dispute. Disgusted they’re taking advantage of expectant mamas. Sorry to you all as well. Xx

    Scam! Scam! Scam!

I bought a crib on Sep 26 and never received an email with my tracking number.

Then I contacted them via Facebook and they sent me the tracking number and a page to track my order: https://ergovenofficial.com...

The supposed delivery date was between Oct 5 and 13, but on the 6th of October their website was "on maintenance". I contacted the customer service via facebook and they said they would get back to me when the site is back. However, on October 13th, both, the website and Facebook page have vanished!

I had to contact my bank and open a dispute.
