I sent for a play pen you have put up on Facebook.I paid for it and still haven't got it.
I ordered the same things as you, from a Facebook ad. It came in today and is not what is advertised! Unfortunately, we’ve been scammed. I emailed to see if I can get a refund. I’ll see what they say.
I placed my order on March 18th. Received email that items had shipped on April 11th. As of today, May 8th, I still have received nothing and despite multiple emails to the company, even the tracking info I was given still saying “estimated delivery date pending”. I am curious if you eventually received your order or should I start a fraud and refund claim with my bank. Thank you
when did you purchase it?
