I ordered a leather jacket never received the item. Its a scam
Do not order from them it is a scam. I never received jackets and they tried to give me a voucher in which I didnt want because u can't trust them. Stay away or u will regret it.
I ordered from them back in October. I never received my coat then they wanted to send a voucher in which I never git. They are scammers
Their products are c**p quality. The size is off by two sizes!i cant't get them to give me a return address. They just offer me to take a $50.00 loss.Do not order from them you will be sooooo sorry.

Novahook and the many other different names they go under ( they must have 10 websites all selling the same gear) they are fraudsters, stay away, they advertise quality goods in leather and send you cheap plastic manmade rubbish. Try and send it back and it's impossible. No refunds nothing. Stay away

The jacket I have received is nothing like the one advertised. This is a blatant case of false advertising & a breach of trade description. It is cheap & tacky looking, definirely not something I would wear. So far, they have offered a $23 voucher (why, I don't know because I have made it clear I would never order anything from them again!), or a refund of $20. They do this in order to make people think twice about returning the goods because they refuse to pay postage; the buyer has to pay this. I have raised an issue with PayPal, & Novahook made the $20 refund offer.only if I close the PayPal issue. I have refused all of their offers, & told them I will look into paying th p & p to return the item, but only if they refund me in full. Am still awaiting their response.In view of the above, I would advise that whilst the jackets look good in their FB advertising, they look like c**p when they arrive! AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. They also advertise under Novaplum & Novahour. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Scam, ordered 3 jackets 2 months ago and nothing. They never got back to me about the status. There contact never replied my email
Get the money back through your card company, I promise you you won't want the products, they are cheap manmade c**p nothing like the pictures you see. The credit card can Investigate on your behalf
Agreed scam. I order a pair of boots they sent me something made of plastic like girls toys. Can't call them can't live chat. All u people out there stay very far away from these thieves. Novahook.Com
He is right, they have taken pictures to post on their website probably the real deal but are manufacturing copies in plastic rubbish and sending out. You won't get a refund, stay away from them

They won't tell you, they have a bunch of websites all similar names selling the same rubbish. Looks good on the site, don't get sucked in
