What help is Paypal?“On 11/05/19 I order a Mcage Wrought Iron Large Bird Cage with Removable Stand from koroutlet.com. The cost of the cage was $54.99 and shipping of $4.95 for a total of $59.94. After I submitted my order I received a Paypal email saying my Paypal debit card had been charged $75.64. I immediately went to the website and searched the FAQ’s to see how to cancel my order. It said orders could be cancelled within an hour of being placed. I emailed them approximately 10 minutes after that. I’ve received no email order confirmation, no order updates or a response to my cancellation request. Upon doing a Google search I found that koroutlet.com has multiple bad reviews as a scam for selling things very cheap but never sending merchandise. I have attached the screenshots of my order on my account page on their website and my email stating I wanted to cancel my order.
