I was foolish and made a purchase through these people, Engravethelove located at engravethelove.com, and have not been able to get anyone to call or email me. I really believed that they had the trusted website said verified and everything. It was on Facebook marketplace advertising like other companies that say ship direct from the company. I just wanted to pass this on to you so others don't fall victim to these people.
