THEY ARE A SCAM!
The same thing happened to me. The. Exact. Same. Thing.
I ordered the 2TB drive and they sent me a 32GB thumb drive. I have been in an email conversation with them for about two months now and they refuse to offer a refund or ship me the original product that I ordered.
