    I ordered a Portable ssd worth $41. All they sent is a $4 usb pendrive . Inspite of charging insurance, they now want to refund only $15 after negotiating . Not only this .. They have not even refunded my money after promising the same after around 23 email exchange... Im taking this to the right authorities in china and my country so that others dont get effected by this ...

    I bought a smartwatch with Bluetooth earphones, It been 1 month and 14 days since I ordered it ... till now I didn't receive it.

    They even changed there website to another name wilkool.

    They even told me to search it in the post office to know where it is. It didn't arrive in Egypt.
