Duskhour located at duskhour.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell baby products and power tools. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I order a set of 150db air horns with compressor and hoses Dec 25, 2019. I didn't receive it until March 11. However when I did receive it, the horns were totally different and didn't come with the compressor or hoses and hooks up totally different. I have emailed twice and never received a reply. Don't buy from them. And the date to file a claim with Paypal expired before I received them.
I order 2 robots from Dusk Hour for $39 each on December 9th, 2019. I didn't get the robots until January 28th. When I opened them, there were two different robots. Both boxes were closed with simple scotch tape. One was missing the remote control so it is worthless. There is nothing in or on the box indicating where you can buy a remote for it. They shut down their site, so there is no way to return them or get parts. It is definitely a SCAM. Also used Pay Pal and they charged the account before the robots ever came. Fed Ex said they were ready to ship the robots as soon as they come in.JC--the Christmas present that missed Christmas and a month later came in without a remote.
I ordered a robot for my grandson for Christmas. Never got it. Money lost. And PayPal is also at fault, the payment went through them, no refund from them either. Paypal is not as trustworthy either.
Wallingford, USAI answered an ad for a small handheld circular saw for which I paid for it through PAYPAL. I never received the saw, but, I did receive 2 saw blades. I contacted PAYPAL to complain about my order and their response was the company I purchased it from claims my order was for saw blades and I would have to purchase the saw for an additional $150.00.I received communication from duskhour.com to return my purchase to them at XIAMEN CAMEL E-COMMERCE, FUJIAN, CHINA.I've never heard of the company and never made a purchase with them. The "return address" on the purchase I received (which is the address I returned such purchase to) is SF EXPRESS, 230-39 ROCKAWAY BLVD., JAMAICA, NY 11413.I NEVER HEARD OF NOR DID BUSINESS WITH DUSKHOUR.COM OR XIAMEN CAMEL E-COMMERCE OF FUJIAN, CHINA.
I also place an order on 11/29 and I have not receive my package. I also paid with PayPal
I placed an order on Dec 3rd and can not track it or have not heard any more from them. I payed through PayPal. I have an order number but they say it can not be tracked.
