They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards. I didn't receive it until March 11. However when I did receive it, the horns were totally different and didn't come with the compressor or hoses and hooks up totally different. I have emailed twice and never received a reply. Don't buy from them. I didn't get the robots until January 28th. When I opened them, there were two different robots. Both boxes were closed with simple scotch tape. One was missing the remote control so it is worthless. There is nothing in or on the box indicating where you can buy a remote for it. They shut down their site, so there is no way to return them or get parts. It is definitely a SCAM. Also used Pay Pal and they charged the account before the robots ever came.
