This because the fake laptop store is being operated by cybercriminals or online scammers. The fake online store attracts visitors by claiming to sell high-performance laptops at ridiculously low prices.

    PayPal has 2 open transactions on my account and refuses to stop/refund the charges, even after showing this alert. I will go through my bank for help.
