Scamming - Fraud
The online powertool store located at "linearsale.com" is fraudulent. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent powertool website, which claims to sell power and automotive tools. This is because those who shop from the fake online store, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently. They also run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, or poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised.

The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

it's kind of funny because I placed the order late last night and at 5 a.m. this morning I got an email from my credit card company stating that there was fraudulent activity on my credit card so I called up my credit card company and informed them that yes I did make the purchase but after multiple reviewing of the company online I noticed that it was a fraudulent website so I'm kind of glad my credit card company decided to cancel the payment.
How are these types of things still up and running? What they do is illegal, yes?
