Fake SCIS or DHS Phone Calls by Online Scammers

There have been reports of fraudsters making calls from phone numbers that appear to be associated with USCIS or DHS and demanding personal info and money from individuals who answer the phone. If you receive calls from numbers that look like they belong to USCIS or DHS and the callers request personal information or payment, do not give it to them. USCIS or DHS never call you and demand information or payment.
