The metric set arrived missing six sizes 8 to 13 mm. The inch set arrived missing two sizes, the 1/4" and the 15/16" wrenches and all of the wrenches I did receive had Fixed Heads. I sent several emails asking for the missing wrenches. They offered me a $32 ($4/wrench not received) refund but wouldn't send me the eight missing wrenches. They wouldn't even address the issue of sending me fixed wrenches instead of the flexible head ones.
