Kmobuy Scam: Review of the Online Store

This company would send products that do not match its website description. When you reached out for refund, it will agree to a refund only if you ship the item back to China. And you are responsible for the shipping cost. The company knows very well that the shipping cost would exceed the price of the item itself, and no one will likely to ship the item back. That's how they scam you and make money. And the products are counterfeit products that they sell for expensive amount.
On paypal, the seller name would be under HONGKONG DOOMOBI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED.
Kmobuy is another website created by the HONGKONG DOOMOBI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED.

Most likely, they will just create another website of different name and scam people again.
And Paypal does not help either despite mounting complaints against this company.

Please watch out and stay away and spread the words to your community and review it and flag it!

I also got caught up in the KMOBUY.com scam. Lesson learned. Never buy from this company. Early in April, when there was a toilet paper shortage, I ordered what was listed as 36 Rolls of Angel Soft. It took almost 3 months to get my order. I received 10 rolls of tiny, thin toilet paper. This company took advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic to scam people who were in fear of running out of toilet paper.

Never buy from Kmobuy...I was also scammed by them and it's not a good feeling

Scam tolit paper isn’t real, they send you an offbrand toilet paper which is not real the rolls are very small and instead of 20 rolls. I got 10 tiny rows which is really two rolls. When trying to get your money back they do not respond, please avoid.

The same thing happened to me. They advertised as a name brand and we got these very tiny rolls. About two inches by five inches. Should have researched the site before I bought.

The link was on Target's website, well disguised to look like. Just another product link and hard to discern as a separate site. Ordered Quilted Northern toilet paper; the image on the site was clearly of the real TP but what we received is counterfeit "Quiletd Nortehrn", half sized rolls of a cheap imitation.

I paid with paypal and used a credit card. Did you get any more charges taken on your card?

They sent me a wrong size of the boots. I ordered US size 8 woman and they sent me US size 10 woman. I asked them to exchange but they proposed “ How about you give the item to someone else who can fit, then we can offer you a 40% cash coupon. You can use it to buy other items in our website at any time. It is more convenient.” So do not trust kmobuy! On kmobuy website you can find information like “100% return” “100% refund” don’t believe! Be aware!

Kmobuy promised a high quality product with a detailed description.
I received a very cheap, completely different and useless product.
