There are cybercriminals who are impersonating Cash App by posting fake customer service and technical support numbers online for their potential victims to call. But, Cash App says they do not do customer service over the phone, only via email or in the app. And, Cash App will never solicit a customer’s PIN or sign in code outside of the app.

So, if you see customer service or techical support telephone numbers online for Cash App, they are fakes and scams, do not call them.
