After another full week, I received a response “Dear customer, Thanks for your email. As I see, the item in this order is really popular, and we have received a lot positive feedback from customers. Besides. It’s in promotion right now, which is very cost-effective. It’s a pity to cancel order.” Wtf does that even mean? So now it’s 46 days and I just received a text that my order has shipped!? So apparently they refused to cancel my order. Total scam... guess the only good thing is I cannot remember what I ordered since it was awhile ago so I won’t know if they got my order right or wrong! I also just noticed their website is no longer online.
