Area code 210 is a North American Numbering Plan overlay of telephone area codes 312 and 773 in Chicago, Illinois, and entered service on November 7, 2009. I've gotten several similar from other area codes. I'm not sure if they come through on my toll free business line or the linked local number. Usually they are accompanied by a picture of an attractive Asian girl. No way.
