I never had an issue with Milamode except it took weeks to get my items once ordering them. They are legit.
I have a dozen or more times from them and never had a bad experience. Shirts exactly as expected, fit just right and quality product.
The first shirt I bought from Milamode was meh. Sized really a large Large. The material was claimed to be cotton/linen but felt synthetic. The 2nd shirt was described as Cotton, actually was Cotton/polyester. The Large size was a joke. At best it was Small, maybe even a boys size. I complained online and got so many hoops to jump through to get a refund I settled for a 30% refund and kept the crappy shirt. DO NOT buy their products.
Not a total scam but: I ordered four shirts, about $25 each, because I like the designs. I got exactly what I ordered, size large, and they fit. However, thin poly and not high quality sewing. Took a very long time to arrive from China. Customer service from China was responsive when I had a problem with local post office delivery. Love the designs but know before you buy that quality may be sub standard.
I had a great experience with them. Purchased a new stage shirt. It arrived within a week and fit perfect I get lots of compliments.
Cheezy Chinese t-shirts.The printed letters were pealing off when I opened the box.I bought an extra large, it wouldn't fit a skinny midget.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a sweater two months ago; paid for one week delivery. I have not received the merchandise. Customer service is a complete joke; customer service representative (if you can actually connect with one without being placed on hold for eternity) said they need to talk to a supervisor, placed me on hold, and then hung up on me. I called back, same thing happened again.
I received my item. However it was extremely small. I normally wear L/Xl. My girlfriend is a S/M depending on the manufacturer for both of us.The sweater was XL and it didn't even fit my girlfriend. Now I have to pay for a return and they want to use my refund towards another item. No way! So I will have to return it again?

This office will provide a letter to support your refund request. Milimode is engaged in deceptive business practices and false advertising and consumer fraud. Products are inferior and fraudulently marked. The company fails to process refunds and runs the consumer in circles as they try to negotiate a refund.
Good to know. Will stop me from buying a shirt. Dang it, they had some cool looking shirts that I thought would be fun for my male family members for holiday gifts.
