My mom and I both ordered a nugget ice machine from this website. After several weeks of nothing actually updating with the tracking, we received small plastic bag packages. Mine contained a single, knock off, ear-bud headset and my mom received a cheap watch with a dead battery. When we contacted service-rumorknm.site they offered a 40% refund unless we returned their packages at our expense. DO NOT use them.
I ordered the same thing & got a watch. Took months to actually come. They offered me same refund/return as you. I will never order from this site again!!
