The number they gave me is 1z74231. The web link is k9fmv.info/XYkW7sgUwc. When I went there I received a survey to win a PS5. I was told that I had won and it was coming from Amazon. I trusted Amazon so I authorized the $1.99 shipping fee. Now the email that said I would be charged $1.99 has charged me $59. How can I stop the charge and get out of this?
