Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Burlington, Mt Laurel, New Jersey, United StatesI am painfully aware that these cheap clothing ads that keep coming across my Facebook feed are a big risk. Some of them send stuff that is nothing like what is pictured in the ad. Some send stuff that is pretty decent. Sizing is a crapshoot. But all are alike in that they don't accept returns, unless you pay postage, which is usually more than the cost of the item.I took the risk and ordered an item from Zearven. They offered a size chart and I selected a size that should have fit. The item arrived and did not fit. I emailed them and complained and to my surprise received a quick response that they were sending me the same item a size larger. No request to return what I'd received or pay for anything. A few weeks later I received the replacement. It fit fine and I am happy with it. But very surprised. So maybe the shop is OK.
