Is Bestxgood.online a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and was charged. I then received a confirmation email with the sender's name in an Asian language. After a few hours, I received an email with a tracking number for DHL shipping. The only problem is that the tracking number goes to the USPS website, where it STILL says 9 days later that the package has not been turned over to the carrier for shipping. Also, the email from PayPal, with our order number, now does not link to an actual order. There is just nothing. I will be filing a claim with PayPal immediately to have my money refunded.

Bought Airpods pro. Airpods Pro won't pair with Iphone or Ipad. Customer contact email on their website is bogus.

I bought PowerBeats pro from this scam outfit in Dec 2020. Never did work and they refuse to do anything. Took them to Apple Store Monday and with serial # found out they were used and had been repaired several times under the limited warranty which expired 5 months before I bought them.
Save yourself the aggravation and don't do business with these scammers. They sold them as new not used.

I'm not knowledgeable enough if the products were fraudulent, but my 13 yo son says the beats work great and the price was fair. They did stop working but they immediately sent me a work around to re-set and it worked. They also offered to refund a portion of the price.

I had a similar issue. I purchased a pair of headphones. Money was taken from my bank account. After a week of not hearing anything I wrote an email regarding the purchase. Their response asked for a order number. I complied...been 3 MORE days and haven't heard a peep.
Its safe to assume their not legit.

Definitely fake Beats by Dre. These headphones are made in China and shipped from there. The packaging makes for a good knock off, you will also notice that the wait is different between authentic Beats by Dre which are over 2 pounds compared to these headphones which are 1 pound. I reported them to PayPal and they were immediately found guilty of being a fraudulent market place and I was refunded my money. Buyers beware!!!

"This website is a SCAM shopping site that masks itself as the Beats by Dr Dre site. DO NOT shop here. I was linked to the site from a Google Ad on Black Friday. I learned my lesson on being more diligent while shopping online."

"They imitated the legitimate Beats by Dre website well, but this one is not it! I was taken to this site from google thinking that it was the actual Beats by Dre site. I made my purchase on Nov. 30th. They immediately followed up with a purchase confirmation that had contact information in Asian characters and a Gmail account. It has been a week and a half, and I still don't have the product and DHL global, who the tracking information is with, says that there are no results found when I enter the tracking information given. I have tried cancelling my order and the company will not let me. Even if I do receive the headphones, I don't trust that they are actually Beats by Dre headphones, and I will be returning them immediately."
