I had the same experience. Exactly the same. Scammers for sure. They got lots of us during COVID trying to exercise at home and ran with our money!!
I ordered a treadmill on 20th December, it is now 14th April, I have contacted them several times, kept saying its on its way. Now they are saying they will offer me 50% back, I'm not settling, now 60% offered as they are out money and for me to consider that!! 1st time ever getting scammed!! Stay away.
They offer items that they will NOT deliver.When you complain, they offer a partial refund.(That can make them a lot of money, if everybody accepts the partial refunds)
