I rushed home to find a package containing teeth waiting for strips.The first time I contacted them they offered a full refund if I return the whitening strips and said it could take a few months or I could get a 25% refund. I told them they needed to pick up because I should not have to pay for their mistake.I have been told that they cannot issue a pick up because international shipping is expensive. But I ignored my instincts because come on, Who in today's world isn't wanting a good deal, Especially when it comes to Christmas shopping.So I placed an order with them, and then we wait. Well Christmas came, and went. I checked my order status on a regular basis, and it still remained on awaiting shipment. So I finally sent them an email asking for an estimated date for the items to be shipped out. I already suspected that the website was a scam, and figured that it was a fake site, and that I was wasting my time, and wouldn't get a response. But 2 days later, I actually DID get a reply back. Did not give me a shipment date, But instead said that they would refund my money within 3 business days. Which I honestly did not expect to happen either. But to my disbelief they actually refunded every cent back to my account 4 day's later. So rather it is a scam site or not, that I don't know. But they did refund my money back to me with nothing more than just a simple email.
