These clothes are KNOCK OFFS! You will wait months for them to come only to be disappointed your getting knock off clothes that are the wrong materials and fit. My pants had a different color buttons, different material that was poor quality and the bottoms were frayed and cut uneven. All three pairs came as knock offs and the fourth pair not at all. Good luck with returns it won’t happen. Total Scammers

Do not order from Gearpanco. Ordered 4 pair pants which never arrived. Repeated contacts with the company resulted in unsubstantial platitudes which never had any results. This company is located in Hong Kong. Absolutely horrible company! Got a refund from PayPal.

Horrific company to deal with. Ordered 4 pair of pants, 2 arrived and did not fit as described. Also, the material was like sack cloth. I've been trying for 5 months to return them and the company refuses to even give me a return address. I attempted to return via the return address on the package and the package came back to me. When I finally received the other 2 pair of pants (4 months after order), I refused to receive the package in order for a direct return to the company. 2.5 months later, they claim to not have received the return, and still refuse to allow me to return the other 2 pants and offered me $20 instead. This does not cover the $179 I spent on 4 pairs of pants that I don't have or can't use.

Despicable company! And, now the website is gone.

    Don't purchase from this company!

In addition my card was also compromised and though I do not have proof, I have a very good idea that their site had something to do with it. I keep seeing other sites with similar ad campaigns and could almost bet they just rebranded to scam people again.

    1. I had a very similar experience to those above. I ordered two pair of pants: Hip Hugger Comfy Cargo and Drawstring Cuffs button cargo. I place the order in May 16, 2020 and received the pants July 1, 2020. During this time there was no tracking info until I sent an email to the company. 5 days later they replied and provided a real tracking number which showed the items shipped from the facility in China but not other tracking info ever populated.

    2. Now to the merchandise. I put the quality of the items as low. Most of the "pockets" are merely decorative, which I found disappointing as I had intended to use these for hiking and additional pockets are desirable. I had ordered size XS per their sizing suggestions. The Hip Hugger Comfy Cargo fit but the Drawstring Cuffs cargo is too tight. That said, the fit of the Hip Hugger Cargo is not as expected. The waist is very high. Nothing hip hugger about it. These are high waisted pants. I would not recommend either pair of pants to anyone.

    3. I investigated returning the pants this morning. The Return instructions clearly state that the cost to return is on me. I supposedly have 30-days to make the return, but since it took 45-days to receive the goods, I have no idea if I will get a refund. As well, a return address is not provided and there does not seem to be a way to print out a return slip to ensure that the refund is appropriately attributed. I sent an email for more information on returning items this morning. At this point, I'm pretty much resolved to just keeping the items and calling it a lesson learned. Shame on me!

Ditto. Ordered pants on 05/17/2020. Card charged right away. No tracking info, altho it says it has been shipped. Charge on bank statement is from Starlink.

BOGUS! Don't order. Plus a foreign transaction fee. F-ers.

I placed an order for two pairs of pants in April. Last week, I emailed the company asking where my order was since the "tracking" was "unavailable." They e mailed me back asking me to wait a few more days, that was over a week ago now. I have since e mailed and asked for a refund. I won't hold my breath and will chalk this up to a learning experience to look into an online store before ever placing an order again with any other company.

Total scam... my wife ordered two pairs of pants in early April and our card was charged immediately. I received an email in early May stating that the order had shipped - the email included a "tracking" number but the shipper's name was - and still is - "NULL". The status has not been updated since I received the email and my inquiry asking what has happened to the order has not been responded to.

DO NOT order anything from them, all you will receive is a charge on your credit card.

I had very suspicious transaction right now with them .. I ordered pants and twice they said my credit card was fraudulent and cancel and I can assure you my credit card is not .. what alarmed me is they emailed me immediately saying I cancelled my order and they will be refunding my money huh .. I should have had red flag when they had me put in my credit card several

Times all to tell me my card is fraudulent... and then emailed me about a refund . Very shady

    Thank you
