I had the same problem I made a purchase on May 15, 2020, got the initial email then nothing contacted on June 15, 2020, got the response to give them a couple of weeks. Waited no more responses after that even though I made several attempts to contact them by email. Finally contacted my financial institution today a disputed the charge to my debit card. Definitely a fraud and scam

I gave them $49.99 for a camera lens. After three weeks, I sent an email asking where my lens was. A lady responded back asking for 2 to 3 more weeks and they will get me taken care of. Well, I waited three weeks and then I got into the fourth week and still haven’t heard anything. I have sent them maybe four emails and never getting a response back. I want these people to be held accountable for fraud. I am not going to ask for my money back because then they could say I have no case against them. I am done waiting for these people. If they go to jail for fraud then they have to explain to their children and their families and friends why are they are sitting in jail and why they ripped people off. Is that the kind of life they’re going to live?

I paid $49.99 for the Canon 70-200 len on May 15, 2020. After paying I got a confirmation that the item will arrive within 2-3 weeks. It has been more than 5 weeks I got nothing. I emailed 2 times but got no response. I then have to post on The Beauty Mug Facebook my question. But, my question was removed immediately. That meant this is a real company but run by unprofessional business people. I have to call my credit card company to cancel the payment. So please be careful with The Beauty Mug company.

I did the same thing. You know it has to be a scam, but you try it anyway. They actually responded to my first email and then nothing after that.
