A lady responded back asking for 2 to 3 more weeks and they will get me taken care of. Well, I waited three weeks and then I got into the fourth week and still haven’t heard anything. I have sent them maybe four emails and never getting a response back. I want these people to be held accountable for fraud. I am not going to ask for my money back because then they could say I have no case against them. I am done waiting for these people. If they go to jail for fraud then they have to explain to their children and their families and friends why are they are sitting in jail and why they ripped people off. I have to call my credit card company to cancel the payment. So please be careful with The Beauty Mug company.
