My major criticism of the Oshen watch is absolutely no control over stopping notifications completely that totally destroy battery life meaning that the watch must be recharged every 18 hours. I have tried to find a solution through Oshen Support but only get repeating copies of their manual that offers no solutions. I don't need such duplicitous information as it is already available on the iphone if I wish to monitor such. I would vote for a method to totally shut-off notifications!Additionally, the magnetic connection of the charging cable is serious lacking in reliability without watching to see a change in status as the magnets slide away from providing charging status whereas a useless watch that fails to provide the current time. The health monitoring features would be wonderful if the reports did not appear to be pre-recorded to provide 'warm fuzzies' to the observer. My watch is stuck on a continued reading of 117/77 whereas my actual blood pressure readings as measured every morning on the right arm are more in the range of 160/85 whether the Omron cuff is placed on the wrist or the upper arm. I suspect a sensor problem.Without a change of programming, I cannot recommend this watch although the display is impressive.... but useless data that renders the reading of time short-lived is not a useful product!Respectfully,Dick H.

I received the Oshen watch with instructions to get an app. No app is listed anywhere. To charge the watch one has to take off the band and stick the stub of the connector in a USB port. The the band connection will certainly fail after several charging episodes, a crazy construction. So far I have not been able to connect the watch to my Apple phone 8.The instructions say to download the app but do not try to tell you from where.Elmar L...

OshenWatch may not be a scam but their product is junk and their support is nonexistent. This watch is aggravating junk. First, it does not come with a way to charge it. I had to go out and buy a charging cable. I downloaded the app for Android. The app could not find the watch. I contacted OshenWatch tech support. They NEVER responded. I finally got the watch and phone to connect by just letting them sit next to each other, it took almost 20 min. The watch and phone will not stay connected. If I get over 20 feet from the phone they disconnect and the only way I can reconnect them is to restart my phone!!!??? Wearing the watch. To view the watch you have to press a small circle. Sometimes the watch will be visible on the first press and sometimes it will take more than one press, and sometimes it will come on but not be at the viewing screen and you will need to toggle through all the settings to get back to the main display. You better read fast because the display will shut off after 2 seconds. (This is not adjustable) The display is not very bright and is unreadable in direct sunlight. The blood pressure readings are NOT accurate. I have a blood pressure cuff and I tried a little experiment. I used the watch and blood pressure cuff. The difference was 30% and the watch displays the numbers backwards. No one's blood pressure is 70/120. The steps tracker is a joke. If I mow my grass while wearing the watch I will be credited with almost 13,000 steps even thou I am sitting on a mower. Receiving text messages works, sometimes. And when it does work the writing is so small you can not read it, but it does not matter because it is gone in 2 seconds. Today after owning the watch for 3 weeks it has quit working. I have contacted support, but since they would not get back to me about a simple problem I do not expect to get this problem remedied. In summation. Save yourself the time and aggravation, not to mention $50.00. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

I purchased a watch 3 months ago and I still have not received the watch yet. What’s up with that?
  • July 31, 2020 at 8:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Virginia, United States
I ordered two watches from Oshen. I cannot tell if it is a scam, but it ranks as one of the top worst purchases I have ever made. The application that they said to use is extremely poor. Maybe because the watches were not powered enough to operate correctly.Of course, no way to charge the watches as no charger was provided.I have never bought any electronic device that did not have a charger supplied.I will take this as a learning moment and properly dispose of each watch in the trash.
    • July 31, 2020 at 10:30 AM by an anonymous user from: St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada
The "charger" is part of the watch. Just plug it into a USB on your computer.
  • July 29, 2020 at 8:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Carlton, Victoria, Australia
After waiting almost 3 months the watch was delivered. Could have come from the moon in less time. I can't turn it on. I can't charge it either. Inadequate instructions. I'm sure it a very clever scam.
    • July 30, 2020 at 3:50 PM by an anonymous user from: Thousand Oaks, California, United States
Instructions are inadequate. Wait until you try to call customer service! It goes right to the after-call survey. I'm still trying to connect my phone, which thinks the password is wrong. But I can help you with charging it. One of the two straps comes off and its prong goes into any USB port. If you have power on your watch, the strap that comes off for charging is NOT the one nearest the circle. It is the top strap, not the bottom one. I found that charging lasts about 2 days. Best wishes!

IMO this watch is not worth the trouble. It took months to receive the watch. Their customer service department does not exist, they never returned any email. They are impossible to reach by phone. When I finally received an emailed tracking number it did not work.Watches are cheaply made and almost look fake. I purchased the watch specifically for an "on the go" reading of my Blood Pressure. It is not accurate when compared to my wrist cuff (OMRON).I have no confidence in this product.I have no confidence in getting a refund either.Maybe my credit card company will have success.

disconnect the top strap and use the protrusion to charge your phone. It charges into any female USB port.
  • July 28, 2020 at 7:19 PM by an anonymous user from: Harker Heights, Texas, United States
After three months Oshen Watch finally arrived. After locating the charging connection, had to purchase an additional USB cable. It appears that the company paid all those satisfied users for their rave reviews. The battery life on mine, after a full overnight charge, lasts about 48 hours, about half of what the specs state. The step counter is not very accurate and the blood pressure monitor is not even close. In other words, the warm and fuzzy's have disappeared and SCAM has kicked in. Even with the 50% discount, it is advisable to keep the 59 dollars for this item safe in your account.

I was completely unaware you have to charge the Oshenwatch. I e-mailed them many times with no response to date. I also tried to track where my watch is and it's advised me the tracking number does not exit? I also enter the order number and it's also advised me the order does not exit?Every time I phoned them they always advised they are experiencing long delay and no one's answer the phone? I was getting very nervous and after 6 weeks I finally spoke to a person in Phillippines and they advised me. I will received them in the next 2 days. No it took another One (1) week.Total it's took Seven (7) weeks before I received the watches. The instructions are pretty poor. I do not know what type of after service will I received.Rob

I ordered an Oshenwatch which took a long time to arrive, and although I was given a tracking number there was no tracking available. My problem now having received my watch is that I cannot find the USB charging cable. I have searched through all the packaging to no avail. I have written to customer support twice and as yet have not received a reply. You will probably get your watch but I would still email customer support and quote your order number. Good Luck

I ordered 3 Oshen Watches, I also received no instruction booklet on how to even turn it on. I went on u tub and found a short instruction video but that didn't help because I didn't receive the chargers! I am trying to return them today received them yesterday. I have called their number but the recording hangs upon you. Had I known this was such a big deal to get them up and running I would NEVER would have ordered them. you know the old saying buyer beware, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is :(
  • July 24, 2020 at 12:45 PM by an anonymous user from: Peoria, Arizona, United States
After almost two months I finally received my watch. They send basic instructions and direct you to a Utube video which is useless as there is no vocal. You have to take off the top band to then use an USB port to charge. It is very hard to pull the band off. It is also cumbersome to put the watch on your wrist. I have tried many things and have had several other people try to get all functions on this watch to work to no avail. It is such a piece of crap. They should at least mention in their ads (which are so phony) that this watch is made in CHINA. If I had known this I would never have ordered. They don't even give you a choice for color and black is all you get. Do not order from OSHEN as it is a scam.

I bought three Oshen watches. They sent me two. This is the worst scam I have ever encountered. They said the watch was completely waterproof, but when I received my watch it said it is not waterproof, to make sure not to swim or tp bathe with it on. Just about everything advertised is a lie. I cannot get the watch to operate, cannot set time, and other choices. This Oshen watch is a total sham. Please do not buy!!!

Phone your credit company and tell them what happened, also tell them to read the sum 500 people complaining about their purchase, and, you want your credit card ...Credited. see what happens, if everyone will do this, then oshen watch will be out of business. I think this started by 2 scammers, that is why there is no one to answer the phone, and, to send it back, forget it, wrong address was given, they will never send you any money back, cause their fraudsters. dee, british columbia, canada

Ordered 3 oshen watches online on June 29 , 2020 but after 3 weeks have not received yet. I tried to call but my call was ended with a telephone survey about that call . I tried to email 3 times but no reply and was never given a tracking # as promised by the order email.I will be calling my credit card bank to dispute the transaction as I have not received the product. From other review, it seemed that even if I receive them, there will probably be no charger . Need to warn customers about this company unreliability .

I ordered OshenWatch and I received it, months later, but the tracking link I'd been sent via email showed no information. The watch took some time to sync with my phone, but eventually I succeeded. It works fine as far as I can tell. For the price, I am pleased with it. It did take a long time to arrive, but patience did pay off.

On May 24 I ordered 2 Oshen watches, one for me and one for my wife for a total of $109.85. I also bought a life time warranty for the 2 devices for $19.99. It looked like a tremendous deal for me as I'll be 90 this October and I thought such a watch could be a great device to wear on my wrist to regularly check my vital numbers. I had sent them many emails to check on the status of the merchandizes. They did responded a few times that they were on their way and I still haven't got them yet. Then suddenly they stopped completetely. I emailed them 3 more timebut they didn't respond any more. Please give me some advices as what shoud I do next. But, two days after the my bank charged my account, I was hit with a number of fake charges of $100.00!! I called the card company and cancelled the card. I will be credited for these fake charges. So far, no watch and had to cancel my card. What a deal! I now believe it is a scam.

WOWThese stories are very helpful I usually never order things from the web but I saw this watch and the deal was great but just like many of you I have yet to get my watches because I ordered two one for myself and one as a gift that I thought would be a great birthday gift for my daughter I placed my order a month ago and I've never got a email to track the processing but did confirm they had my order I did call an the person that I spoke with said it was on back order and it would be coming by July 20 2020 over a month after I placed an order he claims it's coming from China and due to the Pandemic it's being held up but he claimed to send me 15% of my money for the delay I still didn't see a refund so now I think I've been SCAMMED and that makes me angry since I've never had this experience before I don't know if I need a police report and to contact my bank ??? I've learned a lesson never order unless it an official website like Amazon ... SMH

I finally received my Oshen Lux watch last week. It took 3 months from time of order. It was sent from NJ by USPS and that only took 5 days. They did charge my credit card at time of order which was disconcerting given the delay in shipment. Nice cash flow! The watch is operational and I am learning about using most of its functionality as I go. I have made the BT connection to my Samsung phone. Must get the FunDo app on your phone first. The watch takes date and time from your phone. The documentation is a little light but gives you the basic functionality menus etc.Blood pressure and heart rate functions seem accurate. I will be checking against other devices to verify accuracy. Also dialed a phone number from the watch. Once connected to FunDo your entire contact list is available on your watch. Not sure how useful that is because you need your phone handy to answer. The strap is a little clunky in the sense the strap pin is hard to get into the right hole to give you the tight fit. The charging cord is USB and connects magnetically to the back of the watch. more to come.E Rankin Marana AZ

Not a happy consumer.-received watch today after about 6 weeks of no contact/no response I ordered this because of heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor and O2 saturation monitor...the instructions let you know you need the special watchbandOf course the battery, touted as long lasting, was dead. There was no mention of a charger being required Try and find either one online to order. I have spent several hours looking for them. The support site does not exist.Measure twice before ordering

I ordered one of the Oshen Watches 2 days ago - before reading all of the reviews. Of course, I haven't received a watch yet but my experience was quite different from what I'm seeing others report. I ordered the watch and the $9.99 lifetime warranty. Before ordering, I called to ask some questions. There was a message that shipments were delayed by Covid-19 but after that, they answered promptly. A very nice lady (Tiffany) without any strange accent answered my questions. I ordered. Now that I've read the reviews and have found another company selling the same watch (Lumen Watch - but with additional colors), I decided the chances are high that even if the watch comes and is good, it's unlikely that the company will be around to honor the lifetime warranty. I called again to cancel the warranty - deciding to gauge their customer service before also cancelling the watch. Got Tiffany again and she gladly credited me for the $9.99 (I got the email from PayPal while still on the phone) after offering me a 10% and then 30% discount on the warranty if I would change my mind, which I rejected.I asked about all of the negative reviews and she said that people were just upset about the slow deliveries (they are now quoting 4-8 weeks or longer). Since I had no problems contacting them and had such a positive experience on those calls, I decided to not cancel the watch order. Maybe I'll update you in 2-3 months when I get it.

I like this comment response. Very smart and important information to use and have knowledge of during these times. I ordered the watch around two months ago, no watch yet, one notice saying it’s delayed, call customer service and wait over ten minutes every time.... then it’s as if the lthey just pick up and hang up instantly. Having patience for the watch to show up... will update when I get it.

I order the Oshen watch months ago, I have emailed and called but no answer, If you call, one of the oppositions is if you didn't order on yet and wanted more info. press 3 so I chose that option and someone finally answered. The person told me that the watches are from China and because of the tariff war and COVID the watches have been held up but that I should get an email about it on Friday... a month later and still nothing. Every day they are still selling them, that's right their still selling watches they don't have and they don't know if they are ever going to get them. There should be a law!

There is a law and they are taking advantage of knowing they can get away with it! They are now selling the new little Air Conditioners using the same SCAM tactics. The backing company is an "ecommerce web developer" using the knowledge to scam the public.

I have left 2 emails with the company. 1 email to the site and 1 email through paypal. Still nothing. I just wanted to the product, but now I want my $80 back.

I have emailed and phoned, with no results. No reply to my emails, and a short review of their service after giving them my order number. After their short telephone survey, they thank you for your call and hang up without ever receiving my complaint.I ordered two watches on June 19 of 2020 and it is now July 6 with no acknowledgement of shipping dates whatsoever. I will give them one more week, and then I will cancel the transaction.BEWARE of this company. So far it seems like a scam to me.

I ordered 5-20-20. Have yet to receive order receipt let alone product. I have called, I have chatted and I have emailed. I was verbally given an order no. Chat responses are excuses/reasons for product delay - i.e. shipping logistics and difficulty getting inventory from the warehouse. After 30 days I opened a case with PayPal. Glad I did not use my debit card. And this company continues to promote new products!

I ordered an Oshen watch for 9, but that was US$, so somehow it worked out to AU$ 181.06. The order was placed on 27th May, and even after several emails asking for delivery information I have not had any reply. I tried telephoning, but all I got was a message saying 10 minutes delay, but after 20 minutes still the same message. I worry if the whole thing is scam! Loz Australia.

I finally received my watches on 7/3/2020, after buying them on 5/10/2020. The watches are okay, not worth $49.99 each(2), enclosed with instruction booklet! First you must download Bluetooth apps to make it work. I read that Scammers use specialized software to intercept your Bluetooth signal and hack into your device. Its called "bluebugging." Doing this gives them access to all your texts, contacts, photos, and call history... everything on your phone; since the watches can be used like a phone. No thank you. Like I state before, I consider this purchase a loss, or charity money. I do not feel safe using anything from this company. Note: My package came from: Think Tech Sales Ltd, 415 Hamburg Tpke Bldg G, Wayne NJ 07470.Not China, nor international. Googled them and they are known to be a scam company, many complaints.

Scam. Purchased on May 9th through Paypal. Firstly, not a confirmation order received. After speaking to customer service I received a personal email from her - strange. No tracking number. On June 9th started talking to customer service on Chat. Very apologetic - claiming everything was delayed because of demand and COVID. Every week until today - same customer service rep - apologies but no tracking number and no delivery date. Enough. Cancelled transaction today. Second time overseas scammers have taken me during lockdown - no more online shopping with deals to go to be true with overseas companies. SCAM!!

support@buyoshenwatch.com emailed me on 6/27/2020, for an order that was placed on 5/10/2020; received a tracking number, but it won't be available for 24 hours. Another waiting game. I am not looking forward to this purchase, because everyone said the watch is cheaply made with no instructions given. Usually I purchase name brands, got to stick with this safer method. No more 'too good to be true' purchases. Lesson learned.

I wish I had read this before I ordered.I ordered one (1) with a 50% discount with free delivery and was offered an option for three (3) which I refused, then offered another item, refused and then two more items which I also refused (I recall 1 was a 'fashionable' mask). Sent off the order and received an order and receipt for 3 watches at over 3.5x the price. It was processed quickly by the bank. I have placed an objection.Numerous emails to support at Oshenwatch and the promoter Senior discounts at Coupon65.No responses from either to date. Not sure if order will be honoured, but I have asked for entire cancellation by both, as they had upsold and not followed my order.I would not recommend either company. I note that there are a lot of other very similar promotions. I can only assume similar outcomes.

Scam Scam Scam. DO NOT buy this cheap made Chinese watch. They have absolutely no customer support after they get your money. They advertise easy no questions asked returns. Well good luck with that. I got sucked in to buying this crap watch on May 4th and it showed up completely dead on June 23rd. The directions don't even tell you how to charge the watch. I finally figured it out. Just plug it in to a USB phone charger. This watch isn't worth 5.00 dollars. They will not answer repeated phone calls or email. I contacted PayPal and had them try to intervene but they couldn't even get a response from them either. These people should be in jail for their dishonest business practices.

I fell for this scam too, bought 5 watches last night online. It looked legit since there was even an article reviewing it on MarketWatch, which I thought was a legit website. I was charged $203 CAD right away from “THE WATCH STOREAJH” but also charged an additional $40 from “PRODUCT”. After seeing all of these comments, I called customer service 844 846 3452 right away (around 10:40 PM EDT), didn’t wait long, and got a live person! He asked why I wanted to cancel my order and asked if I would keep my order if he gave me an additional 20% off. I said no and just wanted my refund. He said he put my cancellation through and will send me an email. During the call, I checked my online credit card statement again and they had charged me another $203 and $40 within the 10 mins since I last checked! I told the agent right away and he wrote down the details said he couldn’t see it on his end but will escalate it and if I was charged twice, I’ll be refunded that duplicate amount as well. He said the refund would take 7 days. I got his name and employee number. I asked to stay on the line until he sent my refund email. I got my refund email but it only showed $179.41(US Dollar) and the email said 15 days for the refund! I pointed this out right away and he said, oh yes, it is 15 days. I guess I’ll have to see if the refund ever comes through… I’ll now contact my credit card company to hopefully block any future unauthorized charges. I have to wait at least the 15 days to see if the refund comes through before disputing the charges with CC company. Do not buy!

  • June 22, 2020 at 11:43 AM by an anonymous user from: Spokane, Washington, United States
I gave this company a try on May 10, 2020. They gave me the run around. Called them on 6/6, office is closed. Then again today, 6/22/2020, placed on hold, recording states long wait, ten minutes for an agent. After ten minutes, to a survey asking how would I rate the company and the service and would I recommend them. Rating 1 the worse and 5 the best. Press 1 for each, for worse. Recording thanked me, then disconnected my call. Definitely a frigging Scam! I am so angry, about this. Now I have to dispute these 2 watches; one was for a birthday gift too. These people need to be arrested and hunted down like the thieves they are. Everyone do not buy anything from this company. And Mike from OshenWatch needs to stop emailing people for more products they offer! Crooks and Liars!

Ordered one watch @ $49.00. My invoice emailed to me was for$143.23. After many calls and long waits, I finally talked to someone who supposedly corrected my invoice. Its been 7 weeks and I still have not received my watch. I am at this moment on hold for a supervisor, because the person helping me could not figure out the notes left Pryor. It looks like an exercise in futility.

I had multiple orders, but when I received the email saying that it was going to be 30 days to receive, I attempted to cancel with replying to the emails. No response, but definitely received more spam.I did find the Customer support number, 844-846-3452, Stayed on until the option for not knowing your order number. You will be placed in a queue for the next agent. I did not wait long when I called.I was successful in cancelling all of the orders.Hope this helps.Be blessed and be safe

I ordered one watch on May 30th and my PayPal account was debited. Like the others I have read above, I was fooled by the 7-day delivery promise on the receipt, only to see 30 days on the confirmation email. I was willing to wait as I've been looking for a similar watch as this. I assumed they would send me a Tracking Number to give me an idea of the waiting time involved. As the days went by and I heard nothing, I contacted them via email. Apparently they use the same reply as the rest of you have received: logistics, COVID-19, etc. Yet, like others, I now get offers from Mike for other products. I wrote him and stated, "How can I order other products from you when I'm still waiting for my first order?" Of course no answer. "Fool me once, shame on you..."I came upon this website and not only felt sad at the number of people who may have been ripped off, but feeling like I've been taken too. I will contact PayPal and see if they can help me get a refund. I'm usually pretty good at spotting scams, but this was very well put together and fooled all of us.John

Best way to contact OshenWatch is go to buyoshenwatch.com. At the bottom of the webpage click "about us" or "contact us". At the bottom of this page a chat/message icon will appear after several seconds. They do answer after a period, they are rarely live. Remember do not be abusive.

I placed my order for OshenWatch on 23 May 2020. I have been able to contact them by Australian telephone, but this is unreliable. Their email address only works for incoming. I have had the most success with using the chat/message option which is offered from buyoshenwatch.com.You need to click contact us. Then at the bottom of the page, the chat/message icon appears after a few seconds. When I placed my order I was supposed to receive an order confirmation but did not. Luckily I was able to copy the order acceptance online. The chat room is more of a massage place. Eventually, they will answer. And of course, be civil.Anyway as of 14 June my order is at Hong Kong airport waiting for Australia Post to move the item to Australia. Probably still a couple of weeks away. The very slow process even though sent priority express.

I also purchased this watch before the last poster. No product. I have talked to someone at support who apologized for the delay, said that from the day of our conversation it would be 2 weeks latest that it would be mailed and I would receive the product after that.Three days later I received an email again apologizing, over apologizing, over explaining about the delay assuring me I would receive this product. So just the day before yesterday I wrote them after waiting yet another length of time telling them I didn't believe them and their excuse in that I had ordered myself three times from China since ordering this watch and I have gotten all three orders already. I asked for a refund. They wrote back and said they would offer me 20% discount and apply it right then and there to my bill if I would accept the offer. Please write them back, which I did. I said I would accept only if they agreed that once I got the watch if I was displeased, or if it didn't work, or if it arrived later than they had been assuring me of delivery, I would get a refund. I am waiting for their reply. I'm waiting and that's all I know currently.
    • June 16, 2020 at 3:28 PM by an anonymous user from: Manchester, Pennsylvania, United States
Had an email today regarding the 20% discount. They say I would still have a 30 day return policy if I don't like the watch or if defective. I took their 20% and am waiting. She did write back again and said that they product is going to hit their warehouse July 2. No date on when it would be delivered or received from them.I am guessing end of July up to mid-August for receipt of watch by me.

To go along with a number of other reviews I have read, I purchased an OSHEN WATCH back on 5/25/2020 with the following statement on the Order Page: "Orders can take up to 7 days to deliver, but may take longer due to high demand. We will send you a tracking email once your order has dispatched." It is now 18 days later and I have not received any notification that my watch has been shipped. The only response I have received from the company is that the COVID-19 outbreak is effecting their logistics. Interestingly enough, I have had no problems with shipping or logistical issues with any of the other items I have ordered over the past 3 months. Of course the money was deducted from my bank account the day it was ordered. I will give it a couple more days and then contact the BBB here in Washington to file a report / complaint.

I purchased the ashen watch on a special offer. purchase 3 for the price of $123.46. Waited the requested 30 day period of cove-19 (which I think is a excuse for them) and e-mailed them for information on my order. No response waited a couple of days and e-mailed them again no response. Last resort Called them. 609 414 7087. went through robot call and waited than DUE TO THE HIGH CALL VOLUMN YOUR WAIT IS OVER 10 MINUTES so I waited and about every 3 minutes it repeated DUE TO THE HIGH CALL VOLUMN YPOUR WAIT IS OVER 10 MINUTES so I waited. After about 17 minutes the recording changed to wait time os over 5 minutes so I waited again wait time is over 5 minutes than on the third time robot ask how I liked the service got on a scale of 5 being the best. they received a 1. did your questions get answered and they hung up. So I have no idea if I will ever get the watches at all. No I would not order the watches again., their competition has to be better

Read another review, from same city and state, same "anonymous" author, and the EXACT comments! So is this review a scam? Did you ask for a refund? If so, did you get it? How about useful information instead of lollipops and rainbows? But....since you are likely part of the scam, I won't believe you anyway. The other hundreds of reviewers, who NEVER received a single watch, speak more and better than you!

Tried finding info about this company when I came across this page. It's so sad that someone would take advantage of people during this time. I also ordered multiple watches as gifts last month along with the suggested Playbeatz. I have charges for all of the items and have never received any email notifying me of a receipt of purchase or an expected shipping date. If customers don't get their purchases, I hope these people go down. Chances are they will get away with it.

I ordered 1 watch but the email sent to me said I had ordered 3 complete wit 3-lifetime warranties. I rang the Australian phone number and explained to the very helpful young lady on the other end my situation and asked for a refund, to which she said the money would be in my bank in 7 to 10 days. Today I checked my account (5 days later) and there was all my money back. So, I am sure they are not a scam. To everyone who is waiting for their watch be patient. If you are wanting a refund, keep trying. Most of all are polite.Laurence.

I agree with Laurence. I think they are legit too! There support is in the Philippines. I think that they are selling too many to be able to supply promptly. I received a tracking number on June 5 and the email said shipped.Today June 14 the parcel has progressed through the postal system and is at Hong Kong airport cleared and awaiting movement by Australia Post. Hopefully will get it by months end. Imports from China and Hong Kong are notoriously slow. 6 weeks would seem reasonable?

I posted info about my experience back in beginning of May, but wanted to add to it because it may help all of you who think you are stuck with the bill. You must file a fraud claim with your cc company. I contacted my cc company once I realized that Oshenwatch was unreachable and unresponsive by phone or email and I had no confirmation of my order. I filed a fraudulent claim form online with my cc company saying I never got my product. The cc company reversed the charge after 3 weeks but also told me that they are waiting to hear from someone at oshenwatch to confirm my claim and it could end up being charged back to me depending on what oshenwatch says. Just today I received what looks like a legitimate email from support at oshenwatch stating they canceled my charge and notified my cc company. the reply from them had my original email I sent them after ordering the watch and couldn't reach anyone. So they were able to find my old email and reply off it once the cc company contacted them. It would appear that they have no problem taking everyone's money and provide no watch but will refund it if the cc company challenges it. Imagine how many people don't challenge the charges so they get away with it. It's not too late- file a claim to dispute the charges

SCAM ALERT. Sorry to inform all of you but your money is gone. This isn't a real company, the said they are in Europe, Norwegian, but your money goes to Hong Kong China. Its a straight up scam, you lost your money and there is no watch coming any times soon. They cant even be sued, because whoever did this ad, can claim Covid is delaying the shipments. The address of the factory is 68308, G/F Kowloon East Building, 12 LeI Yue Mun Road, Kwung Tong, Hong Kong. This factory is shut down, and is not operational. Not a single watch was made here. I purchased one on 17 May 2020. Received email to acknowledge payment and that I would be notified when it was dispatched. I have had no notification and emailed to ask why it had not been dispatched. I have subsequently demanded cancellation of order and refund of money had no response and suspect I won’t get one. Sure it is a scam.

I ordered a watch on the 9th of May. Received a confirmation number and was told I'd receive a confirmation email. Did not receive the email. Have sent emails about my disappointment, received nothing in return. Finally found a number after an extensive search. Called it and it sounded legit for a minute, then sound like total bs.. This have to be a scam.. No legitimate business would act like this.. 6/3/2020, still no watch and no contact from whom ever leads this scam. I will say this, whoever set up that whole thing went to great lengths on website domains!!

This company is definitely a scam. I bought one alone and then bought the four pack and never got anything. I spoke with someone, but got the same story that they could not get it here because of the virus. They refuse to answer an email. I know it is not real. They should not be allowed to continue to advertise. The lady said she was in New Jersey, but I think it must be China. It is a total scam.

I am now waiting over a month and still have not received the products I ordered. I sent numerous emails to their email address and never received a reply. There is something not right here.Since this is an international company, there should be some international authority that can check into this so people are not being charged for items they are not receiving. There does not seem to be any customer service function in place for this company.Very disappointed about this company.Andrew

l ordered this watch on May 11, 2020. Usually, when I order something online I get an email right back confirming the sale with an order number. Not so with this purchase. I checked my bank records and found that $114 was deducted. I used my cc for this purchase. Any way to get a refund? Just a guess $108.90 would be US dollars. $170.15 would be the USD converted to Australian dollars. I just hope these watches work OK they are very expensive. Note that you have ordered a watch not a phone.

  • May 29, 2020 at 4:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Miami Beach, Florida, United States
Hello, I was ordering the Oshen watch and I got distracted. And ended up ordering more than I needed. Please delete the order for Three (3) Oshen watches. Because after I called my Bank. They told me that two orders went through. 1 for 3 Watches & 1 for 4 Watches and an additional $59.99 for doubling my order of four (4) Watches. I only need the order of four Watches which is doubled to (8) Eight Watches after paying $59.99 extra which was paid. So please Cancel the order for three (3) Watches. And return my money to the bank. Thank you. I also need to speak to a Representative for this Company by phone. What is your phone number?. This is very important. Thank you!Ms. Denny.

I called the 609 number and get waiting for the next 10 minutes 5x,s. Finally, I looked up the number and found it belongs to Michael A NasellI (AKA Michael A NA ). His address is 8 Evesboro Rd., Crosswicks, NJ 08515. He supposedly works for Gage & Tollner as a Server. He has family members in Waldwick, NJ/Allendale, NJ/Crosswicks, NJ. His home phone is disconnected. If you get an Email from Mike@OshenWatch.This is the guy .! The best thing I was told after calling NJ FBI Like they really wanted to be bothered, was to contact your local FBI and report the scam with the information I have provided. I got scammed for $53 for 1 watch which I never received! Report the scam to your local FBI. Thank you and Good Luck

This is a huge scam! My mother bought 2 for herself and my father on 5/23/2020. Today (5/27/2020) she woke up to her computer screen displaying a message. The message appeared to be from Microsoft and she could not click out of it, nor did it go away when she tried restarting the computer. I never saw the message but my mother said it stated something along the lines of “Your identity and financial status are in jeopardy” and then provided a phone number she must contact to resolve the issue. Upon contacting the phone number she was out on the line with an Indian man, she said this seemed normal to her because Microsoft is a tech company that often outsources. The man told her she had 4 charges pending verification on her card. One charge for $2789 to a Russian Sportswear, one charge for $2879 to a porn site, $1589 to a clothing site, and another charge of $2489 to something else. Upon explaining all the charges to her the man also informed my mom that these charges would be verified or go through in the next 2 hours. So my mom begins to panic. The man then proceeded to ask her if she had made these orders herself which was obviously a big fat NO. Then told her she must have because she verified it through an email, with that she responded explaining to the man that don’t you think if they have gotten into her computer they have also infiltrated her email? DUH. The man then told her he did not have the ability to help her but he would connect her to his supervisor who can. The supervisor another Indian man then got on the phone and asked my mom exactly how much the balance was on her account, she told him she did not know because she cannot access her computer. He then asked her for the pin so he may access the account to check, again she told him she did not know because again that information was on her computer. Then she started to pick up on what was going on once the man told her what she will need to do is take all of her money from her account and transfer it to a gift card or promo card. Once he said that she realized immediately that these were the actual scammers themselves attempting to drain her account for what was left. She literally said “You f*****g fraud” then hung up the phone LOL. After she figured out what had happened she then had to go through the process of contacting both credit card companies and our bank to patch up the situation, inform them of the fraud and reset pretty much every password ever. This has been the first time she had ever used her phone to order anything online. Norton Security informed her that because she has an Android her information is not protected and that is how the scammers were able to do what they did. All she wanted was something to help keep track of her and my fathers health especially because my father suffered a stroke about a year and a half ago. It makes me incredibly sad to see these disgusting people taking advantage of those who simply want to better their well-being.

Total Scam. No email from them and they keep saying it takes a while. Exactly what everyone here is experiencing. I disputed Paypal but expect not to get a refund. Chalk $118 lost due to stupidity as I'm very careful. This site automatically does set PayPal for recurring payments. TURN THAT OFF ASAP so they don't take money out again.Changed PayPal account passwords and implemented two-factor authentication. Hopefully, someone will prosecute this company for this fraud.

People are definitely jumping to conclusions far to fast when they definitively call this a scam just because they didn't receive their purchase as soon as they would like. From all the comments that I've seen here, I really doubt that it is a scam.BUT that doesn't mean I'm happy with their customer service! When I purchased the watches (which still ahve not arrived), it stated that I would receive a confirmation email--that has NOT happened. But, it also did warn that because of the current world situation, there may be a delay in delivery. That alert at the time of purchase is what I base my "not a scam" thinking on with these "relatively short" time frames. AND, assuming you paid with a credit card (or Paypal), you have no reason to go out and try to get an attorney or worry about your money--once a reasonable amount of time has past and you still don't have you purchase, simply file a chargeback request with the credit card company...real easy. For those of you still considering a purchase, just be aware of the fact that processing and shipping of the orders seems to be extremely slow and you will probably not be able to get any real information on the order while you wait. But, chances are that you will eventually get your purchase.Just in case, make sure you use a credit card or Paypal for the purchase. I'm far more interested in seeing some REAL, OBJECTIVE opinions on the quality of the watchesBy the way, I vaguely remember seeing something at the time of purchase that lead me to believe that they ship with DHLGlobal. My experience with any eCommerce business that ships with DHL Global is that they are extremely slow. That could be a part of the problem we are experiencing here...

Hi, I did the same thing, called, although different number, and spoke with a pleasant lady, she knew my order details, and said it will be shipped and tracking provided this week or next. It feels fishy, but, I have already filed my claim with PayPal, since I never put my card details, and have better protection with PayPal. Curious to see what happens as well!

I ordered an OshenWatchLuxE over a month ago. I received no confirmation. I have tried to contact someone and just kep getting referred to an answers site for a $5.00 membership fee. I’ve had experience with them and they start charging a $29.00 monthly fee that is hard to get out of. I kept saying that I want the issue resolved by a live person or I would contact my credit card company for my $$118.90. That is where I am now.

Purchased and charged in May 6 2020. Received order # but no other correspondence. Wish I had seen these comments before placing order. I don't have money to give away like this. Definitely sounds like a scam. I'm trying to figure the next step to take. What a shame that these people are taking folks hard earned money like this!
    • May 27, 2020 at 3:49 PM by an anonymous user from: Tarpon Springs, Florida, United States
Just contact your bank and tell them all the details of you reaching out numerous times, the fact that you researched the company and noticed they take people's money and give them nothing in return, the fact you never got a confirmation email, and that you have tried to reach out to cofirm and cancel order and your bank will do what's called a chargeback and can get the money back for you. It will be back in your account 7-10 days after you file the claim with your bank, so don't wait. I called my bank and did it today and they said I will see the money back in my account within a week and they recommended I get a new card too since they have my card info and could theoretically charge me for other bogus stuff even without my permission. So I will be going to my bank tomorrow to get a new card!

    • June 3, 2020 at 8:52 AM by an anonymous user from: Grand Prairie, Texas, United States
Yes, I informed PayPal that I did not actually check out. I was on step 2 when I backed out. I received email from this scam "to complete my purchase". Got a bill from SCAM and from PayPay for the amount of "attempted purchase". Explained to PayPal the issue but they are no help. Now I am stuck.

I can’t believe I fell for this. The site seemed a little sketchy but I really wanted a watch with these functions. No confirmation email, only emails that my order is still open. Every time they email the watch looks different! So mad, I just opened a case on PayPal. Hopefully I’ll get refunded!

May 15, 2020, from an anonymous buyer St Petersburg, Fl.Ordered Oshen watch ten days ago. No email was sent to confirm sale but have an order number and cc was charged after the transaction. Called phone number but time was too late. The message said to call the next day which I plan to do. So glad I did not order three or more of the product. If no answer to phone call will call cc company and charge fraud. However, their address seems to be Denmark. If this a scam it needs to be investigated. There were lots of great reviews

I am pissed too.

Just contact your bank and dispute the charge as fraud and tell them exactly what happened including how many times you reached out, the dates, the outcome, and the fact that you did research and found that this company just takes people's money and doesnt send them anything in return. I disputed the charge with my bank today and the rep told me I will definitely get my money back within 7-10 days and they will issue the company a charge back.

I ordered online and it said my bank declined it so I tried again and it declined it again. I check on bank account and I was billed for six watches. I called the number 844-846-3452 and a man named Lock came on and said I only have one order in, and that the other five since they are in pending at the bank will roll off in a few days. He then gave me an order number. I have read all the comments here and I believe that I have been scammed.

I’ve done the same. I've purchased 2 and get the same response as everyone else. An email saying I've made the payment with a confirmation number and someone named Tom texted me the next day saying if I still want to order. This is a scam! Lost my money! This sh**t hurts.

I too made the same mistake and ordered last Thursday evening. Received no email confirmation and so I tried to contact them and the email that I clicked on their website to send a message bounced back to me from Mailer-Daemon as undeliverable.Tried calling the number listed and the message said they were closed. No further information. I contacted my cc company on Saturday and disputed the charge as fraudulent. And then I locked my credit card. It's now Wednesday and I decided to cancel my credit card thinking it likely was compromised. My cc company is reversing the charge while they investigate. Even now as I go to their website a chat box comes up asking if they can help me.I sent a message and it shows message not delivered. Clearly a scam but they are very good at flooding the search engines with positive news of their product. Even when you type in 'is Oshen Watch a scam?' they have created a site that comes up that looks like a legit review about how good the watch is.

Ordered my watch on 4/30/2020. Received and order number. Was told I'd receive an email confirmation. Fine print said the order could take up to 7 days to deliver due to demand. Haven't received anything since placing my order. It's now 5/13 and my watch and any email related to my purchase has not been sent or received. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact the "company" OshenWatch, only to be bounced around the net. This has cost me $118.90 that I will undoubtedly never see again. I'm not a wealthy person so this really isn't a gratifying experience. It is however as lesson learned.I also believe is Microsoft is going to take money from a ripoff company like this so this company can put a deceptive ad on Microsoft's web site, that Microsoft should be held liable for allowing this crap, not only to occur, but to be continually broadcast on their web site. HEY MICROSOFT!! WAKE THE HELL UP OR THE PEOPLE YOU'RE TRYING TO REACH ARE GOING TO GO TO ANOTHER, HONEST VENDER!

Also, google powers ads on most websites. Microsoft did not promote the company themselves nor are they advertising for the company.. I wouldn't blame Microsoft for this shady company's behavior..

I agree. Microsoft cannot vet every individual who wants to open a business and advertise on their network. It is the responsiblity of shoppers to research stores before shopping at them.
    • May 27, 2020 at 4:01 PM by an anonymous user from: Tarpon Springs, Florida, United States
If you contact your bank and file a dispute on the charge for the fact that you did not receive the confirmation, merchandise, or even a response back they will chargeback the company and you will get your money back.. all banking institutions have this protection in place for their members for this very reason. I contacted my bank today and I will get all my money back within 7-10 days.

I got screwed also. I sent letters of threatens to call police but nothing from this company. Microsoft should reimburse all of us it was their web site that allowed them to advertise without them checking for honest seller first... Microsoft is the guilty one here not us... Yes, a poor hard working soul gets f***ked again by a corporation preying on the buyer. Yes, buyer beware but in todays age it should not be us scammed but microsoft.

Received a confirmation yesterday and then today receive an email that said 🚨 Your order is still open, finish it before we run out of stock! 🚨 The product they want me to add is not the product I purchased. It's a huge bait and switch. I tried to call the number they reported to the credit card company and it was for a completely different company. I also looked up the merchant name and that lead to the BBB who reported a number of complaints and an NJ phone number that has a recording which puts you on a never-ending hold. Please be very careful if you choose to go forward with this online company

I now realize I made a mistake of ordering the watch through this web site. I paid through PayPal and received a confirmation of payment made. I then receive an email that my purchase is still on the "to be paid basket". I tried to reach the store by email and phone with now answer. Lost my hard earned money of a senior needing the use of the watch. This is not fair that this company takes advantage of unsuspecting buyers.
