There really needs to be a class-action lawsuit against these scam artists. I have read other reviews stating the same issues I have had. I received the nonfunction watch 53 days after they received payment. It took dozens of emails and way too many days to be told I would get a refund. 222 days later I get the "it's been too long email". I even paid shipping to return the piece of c**p figuring I would at least get most of the money back. Welcome to 2020 even companies suck.

I also had the same experience and they kept jacking me around and last email said it was over 180 days and could not give me a refund only a store credit. Had first email from them saying credit was processed, but after about 15-20 emails and no credit back to my card, they can only give me a store credit. Who in their right mind would want to buy anything else from this company with a store credit. They refunded the $9.99 extended warranty right away.

This has been going on for over 6 months and still no refund. CC company said past their 30 days to do anything about it also. What a ripoff company!

Scam! They sent my order, TWO weeks after I cancelled it. I had to pay ups to send it back. Now they are playing games with my refund. 32 days ago their email stated that the refund was processed. Today, aother email that it was processed and will take 15 days. They are all crooks.

Many months ago I ordered the Oshanwatch Luxe.

It took months for me to receive it and the cost of the watch was $118.90.

It finally arrived in August.

Needless to say it was NOT the watch I ordered so I packed it up and sent it

back to the address on the package through UPS and asking and paid for a return

signature that it had been received. It was mailed back on July 27th, 2020.

I NEVER received anything except an email that I had returned it to the wrong address

and that it would take a while for me to get my money back.

I have received nothing again from this company.

I want my money returned and if not I will report them to the NY State Consumer Affairs

department.

Can you advise or contact them for an inquiry. I am a senior citizen and can use the money

back in my account.

I ordered may 28 with lots in stock they sent an email telling me 14 days for delivery I called them numerous times over the course of 3 months and they even gave me 40% of while progress for shipping was being made finally I get the watch I check my vitals and come up next to perfect try again and come up with a few numbers different but still really good numbers for a guy that has D.V.T'S. so I decided to take it off and set to read vitals on my desk and it came back with a next to perfect reading once again.

After not receiving refund called again and they again were very helpful with processing refund. Customer service is great. Someone is dropping the ball by not providing packing slips with order numbers and receipts.

I paid for the Oshen Watch and Playbeatz earphones on 5-17-20. It is 8-27-20 and I have not received anything from this company. They sent an email in June saying the items would be shipped on 6-8-20. They sent another email on 8-26-20 in response to me saying I was reporting their company.

I sent an email to the company support@buyoshenwatch.com saying I would be contacting the Federal Trade Commission. The e-mail on 8-26-20 stated that the watch had been sent but they did not have a tracking number. They also said the Playbeatz were in the separate order and they did not have the status of that order. They offered a 20% discount which I declined because I want to full refund.

Do not do any business with this company! I have lost $98.92 to them and doubt I will get it back.

I ordered an Oshenwatch. Received it months after I paid for it. I now have it. It does not work. I am not a stupid person. I have two high-quality blood pressure monitors and it is always and a monitor for blood oxygen level. The watch is always far out of count and never shows the same results even when taken at the exact same time. Imagine this, I leave the watch into another room and take readings off my phone app. Would you believe that it shows a reading even when the watch is not on my wrist and in another room?

I bought 1 OshenWatch and received it about a month later. Manual is poor and incomplete. Had trouble charging it at first but figured that part out and it charged fine. Runs several days on a charge. However, this watch will not connect with my iPhone or my wife's. In both cases, the phone is unable to detect the watch even if they are sitting next to each other. fortunately, many of the functions work without connecting to the phone so I've been wearing it. However, note that you cannot set the time without the phone interface so I can't use the watch as a watch. Hmmm.

My 4 attempts to communicate with support all went without response. I am tempted to hold out for help but when I visited the doctor the other day, the heart rate and blood pressure were significantly different than what the doctor's office measured. If it can't get that much right, how can I trust any of the results it provides?

Think I'll send it back if I can get an RMA. I'm in queue now on the phone. Estimated 10 minute wait time. at 11 minutes, I was sent to a survey to find out how I rate the support I received on this call. LOL. A joke? So I gave it a 1 rating (the worst since my call had never been answered) and it thanked me and hung up.

Nice enough looking watch and I love the band but don't think I could recommend this to anyone unless they have a serious excess of money and patience.

I bought 2 of them, received after 7 weeks or so to Canada. I was impressed initially and thought they worked well. Then, I noticed they were able to read my heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels when I was NOT wearing them and they were on the dinning room table. I was really impressed then. So I did a few more tests and realized it was providing me with fake but favorable readings or results. Try for yourself.

I contacted customer service and they offered sending me 2 new ones, and also offered a 20 percent discount for the inconvenience. I hope people reading this will learn from all of our mistakes. What's the saying "if it's too good to be true..." Be careful, keep safe.

HI All - I have finally received the watch after 7 weeks. I have a simple test for everyone to try. Take the watch off, put it on the table and perform a heart rate test (BPM). Please tell me if the watch is "able" to provide you with a reading - even if your are NOT wearing the watch? If the answer is "Yes" you do get a reading, then, how is it able to get a proper reading? Case closed. It's a scam.

I bought two of them, waited 8 weeks to receive. Once I figured out how to charge them they worked fine, for about three weeks. Then neither of them would take another charge. I contacted customer service and they are sending me out two new ones, and also gave me a 20

Watch took over 3 months to get, once I got a hold of Pay Pal they put pressure on them and I got it in another 2 weeks. From the beginning it would not pair with my I phone or Galaxy. Will not read my vitals (which is why I bought it) it charged up once and the quit and will not charge again. I have tried twice now to contact there support but they will not respond to my e-mails. Then directions didnt tell me how to start it up but I youtubed it and found out it plugs into usb to charge...which it doesnt look like it fits usb but it does. Received OshenWatch yesterday after waiting about six weeks. Tried to charge but won't take a charge. Interesting method of charging watch .. the watch band has to be pulled off of the watch (this takes a good amount of pulling so the band isn't going to last very long and, apparently, there is no way of getting replacements), once off the watch, try to put into a USB port. Difficult. But it won't take charge anyway so a mute point. Ane then, when you download the phone app, the agreement that you have to agree to in order to use the app is not in English but in Chinese. You have absolutely no idea as to what you are agreeing to. Won't do it. Taken in by their hype and the low price. You get what you pay for ... this is not a good watch. And it's a cheap Chinese piece of junk. Do NOT buy it.

My major criticism of the Oshen watch is absolutely no control over stopping notifications completely that totally destroy battery life meaning that the watch must be recharged every 18 hours. I have tried to find a solution through Oshen Support but only get repeating copies of their manual that offers no solutions. I don't need such duplicitous information as it is already available on the iphone if I wish to monitor such. I would vote for a method to totally shut-off notifications!

Additionally, the magnetic connection of the charging cable is serious lacking in reliability without watching to see a change in status as the magnets slide away from providing charging status whereas a useless watch that fails to provide the current time.

The health monitoring features would be wonderful if the reports did not appear to be pre-recorded to provide 'warm fuzzies' to the observer. My watch is stuck on a continued reading of 117/77 whereas my actual blood pressure readings as measured every morning on the right arm are more in the range of 160/85 whether the Omron cuff is placed on the wrist or the upper arm. I suspect a sensor problem.

Without a change of programming, I cannot recommend this watch although the display is impressive... but useless data that renders the reading of time short-lived is not a useful product!

I received the Oshen watch with instructions to get an app. No app is listed anywhere. To charge the watch one has to take off the band and stick the stub of the connector in a USB port. The the band connection will certainly fail after several charging episodes, a crazy construction. So far I have not been able to connect the watch to my Apple phone 8.The instructions say to download the app but do not try to tell you from where.

OshenWatch may not be a scam but their product is junk and their support is nonexistent. This watch is aggravating junk. First, it does not come with a way to charge it. I had to go out and buy a charging cable. I downloaded the app for Android. The app could not find the watch. I contacted OshenWatch tech support. They NEVER responded. I finally got the watch and phone to connect by just letting them sit next to each other, it took almost 20 min. The watch and phone will not stay connected. If I get over 20 feet from the phone they disconnect and the only way I can reconnect them is to restart my phone!? Wearing the watch. To view the watch you have to press a small circle. Sometimes the watch will be visible on the first press and sometimes it will take more than one press, and sometimes it will come on but not be at the viewing screen and you will need to toggle through all the settings to get back to the main display. You better read fast because the display will shut off after 2 seconds. (This is not adjustable) The display is not very bright and is unreadable in direct sunlight. The blood pressure readings are NOT accurate. I have a blood pressure cuff and I tried a little experiment. I used the watch and blood pressure cuff. The difference was 30% and the watch displays the numbers backwards. No one's blood pressure is 70/120. The steps tracker is a joke. If I mow my grass while wearing the watch I will be credited with almost 13,000 steps even thou I am sitting on a mower. Receiving text messages works, sometimes. And when it does work the writing is so small you can not read it, but it does not matter because it is gone in 2 seconds. Today after owning the watch for 3 weeks it has quit working. I have contacted support, but since they would not get back to me about a simple problem I do not expect to get this problem remedied. In summation. Save yourself the time and aggravation, not to mention $50.00. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

I ordered two watches from Oshen. I cannot tell if it is a scam, but it ranks as one of the top worst purchases I have ever made. The application that they said to use is extremely poor. Maybe because the watches were not powered enough to operate correctly.

Of course, no way to charge the watches as no charger was provided.

I have never bought any electronic device that did not have a charger supplied.

I will take this as a learning moment and properly dispose of each watch in the trash.

I purchased the watch specifically for an "on the go" reading of my Blood Pressure. It is not accurate when compared to my wrist cuff (OMRON).I have no confidence in this product.

After three months Oshen Watch finally arrived. After locating the charging connection, had to purchase an additional USB cable. It appears that the company paid all those satisfied users for their rave reviews. The battery life on mine, after a full overnight charge, lasts about 48 hours, about half of what the specs state. The step counter is not very accurate and the blood pressure monitor is not even close. In other words, the warm and fuzzy's have disappeared and SCAM has kicked in. Even with the 50% discount, it is advisable to keep the 59 dollars for this item safe in your account.

Every time I phoned them they always advised they are experiencing long delay and no one's answer the phone?

I was getting very nervous and after 6 weeks I finally spoke to a person in Phillippines and they advised me. I will received them in the next 2 days. No it took another One (1) week.

Total it's took Seven (7) weeks before I received the watches. The instructions are pretty poor. I do not know what type of after service will I received.

My problem now having received my watch is that I cannot find the USB charging cable. I have searched through all the packaging to no avail. After almost two months I finally received my watch. They send basic instructions and direct you to a Utube video which is useless as there is no vocal. You have to take off the top band to then use an USB port to charge. It is very hard to pull the band off. It is also cumbersome to put the watch on your wrist. I have tried many things and have had several other people try to get all functions on this watch to work to no avail. It is such a piece of c**p. They should at least mention in their ads (which are so phony) that this watch is made in CHINA. If I had known this I would never have ordered. They don't even give you a choice for color and black is all you get. Do not order from OSHEN as it is a scam.

They said the watch was completely waterproof, but when I received my watch it said it is not waterproof, to make sure not to swim or tp bathe with it on. Just about everything advertised is a lie. Ordered 3 oshen watches online on June 29, 2020 but after 3 weeks have not received yet. I tried to call but my call was ended with a telephone survey about that call . I tried to email 3 times but no reply and was never given a tracking # as promised by the order email.

I will be calling my credit card bank to dispute the transaction as I have not received the product. From other review, it seemed that even if I receive them, there will probably be no charger .

Need to warn customers about this company unreliability .

On May 24 I ordered 2 Oshen watches, one for me and one for my wife for a total of $109.85. I also bought a life time warranty for the 2 devices for $19.99. O/N 100754332 for the watch. O/N 100754811 for the warranty. I was charged $49.99 for the watch & $8.95 for shipping. The warranty charge was $9.99. My credit card was charged for these fees 5/22/2020. I received a confirmation email about the order.

I have never received the watch. I never received a tracking email that it was shipped. It was to be shipped to 201 Five Cities Dr Space 168, Pismo Beach CA 93449-3014.

I finally received my Oshen Lux watch last week. It took 3 months from time of order.

It was sent from NJ by USPS and that only took 5 days. They did charge my credit card at time of order which was disconcerting given the delay in shipment. Nice cash flow!

The watch is operational and I am learning about using most of its functionality as I go. I have made the BT connection to my Samsung phone. Must get the FunDo app on your phone first. The watch takes date and time from your phone. The documentation is a little light but gives you the basic functionality menus etc.

Blood pressure and heart rate functions seem accurate. I will be checking against other devices to verify accuracy. Also dialed a phone number from the watch. Once connected to FunDo your entire contact list is available on your watch. Not sure how useful that is because you need your phone handy to answer. The strap is a little clunky in the sense the strap pin is hard to get into the right hole to give you the tight fit. The charging cord is USB and connects magnetically to the back of the watch. more to come.

I ordered one of the Oshen Watches 2 days ago - before reading all of the reviews. Of course, I haven't received a watch yet but my experience was quite different from what I'm seeing others report. I ordered the watch and the $9.99 lifetime warranty. Before ordering, I called to ask some questions. There was a message that shipments were delayed by Covid-19 but after that, they answered promptly. A very nice lady (Tiffany) without any strange accent answered my questions. I ordered.

Now that I've read the reviews and have found another company selling the same watch (Lumen Watch - but with additional colors), I decided the chances are high that even if the watch comes and is good, it's unlikely that the company will be around to honor the lifetime warranty. I called again to cancel the warranty - deciding to gauge their customer service before also cancelling the watch. Got Tiffany again and she gladly credited me for the $9.99 (I got the email from PayPal while still on the phone) after offering me a 10% and then 30% discount on the warranty if I would change my mind, which I rejected.

I asked about all of the negative reviews and she said that people were just upset about the slow deliveries (they are now quoting 4-8 weeks or longer). Since I had no problems contacting them and had such a positive experience on those calls, I decided to not cancel the watch order. Maybe I'll update you in 2-3 months when I get it.

I finally received my watches on 7/3/2020, after buying them on 5/10/2020. The watches are okay, not worth $49.99 each(2), enclosed with instruction booklet! First you must download Bluetooth apps to make it work. I read that Scammers use specialized software to intercept your Bluetooth signal and hack into your device. Its called "bluebugging." Doing this gives them access to all your texts, contacts, photos, and call history... everything on your phone; since the watches can be used like a phone. No thank you. Like I state before, I consider this purchase a loss, or charity money. I do not feel safe using anything from this company.

I fell for this scam too, bought 5 watches last night online. It looked legit since there was even an article reviewing it on MarketWatch, which I thought was a legit website. I was charged $203 CAD right away from “THE WATCH STOREAJH” but also charged an additional $40 from “PRODUCT”. After seeing all of these comments, I called customer service 844 846 3452 right away (around 10:40 PM EDT), didn’t wait long, and got a live person! He asked why I wanted to cancel my order and asked if I would keep my order if he gave me an additional 20% off. I said no and just wanted my refund. He said he put my cancellation through and will send me an email. During the call, I checked my online credit card statement again and they had charged me another $203 and $40 within the 10 mins since I last checked! I told the agent right away and he wrote down the details said he couldn’t see it on his end but will escalate it and if I was charged twice, I’ll be refunded that duplicate amount as well. He said the refund would take 7 days. I got his name and employee number. I asked to stay on the line until he sent my refund email. I got my refund email but it only showed $179.41(US Dollar) and the email said 15 days for the refund! I pointed this out right away and he said, oh yes, it is 15 days. I guess I’ll have to see if the refund ever comes through… I’ll now contact my credit card company to hopefully block any future unauthorized charges. I have to wait at least the 15 days to see if the refund comes through before disputing the charges with CC company. Do not buy!

I wrote him and stated, "How can I order other products from you when I'm still waiting for my first order?" Of course no answer. "Fool me once, shame on you..."

I came upon this website and not only felt sad at the number of people who may have been ripped off, but feeling like I've been taken too. I will contact PayPal and see if they can help me get a refund. I'm usually pretty good at spotting scams, but this was very well put together and fooled all of us.

I placed my order for OshenWatch on 23 May 2020. I have been able to contact them by Australian telephone, but this is unreliable. Their email address only works for incoming. I have had the most success with using the chat/message option which is offered from buyoshenwatch.com.

You need to click contact us. Then at the bottom of the page, the chat/message icon appears after a few seconds. When I placed my order I was supposed to receive an order confirmation but did not. Luckily I was able to copy the order acceptance online. The chat room is more of a massage place. Eventually, they will answer. And of course, be civil.

Anyway as of 14 June my order is at Hong Kong airport waiting for Australia Post to move the item to Australia. Probably still a couple of weeks away. The very slow process even though sent priority express.

I also purchased this watch before the last poster. No product. I have talked to someone at support who apologized for the delay, said that from the day of our conversation it would be 2 weeks latest that it would be mailed and I would receive the product after that.

Three days later I received an email again apologizing, over apologizing, over explaining about the delay assuring me I would receive this product.

So just the day before yesterday I wrote them after waiting yet another length of time telling them I didn't believe them and their excuse in that I had ordered myself three times from China since ordering this watch and I have gotten all three orders already. I asked for a refund.

They wrote back and said they would offer me 20% discount and apply it right then and there to my bill if I would accept the offer. Please write them back, which I did. I said I would accept only if they agreed that once I got the watch if I was displeased, or if it didn't work, or if it arrived later than they had been assuring me of delivery, I would get a refund. I am waiting for their reply.

I'm waiting and that's all I know currently.

To go along with a number of other reviews I have read, I purchased an OSHEN WATCH back on 5/25/2020 with the following statement on the Order Page: "Orders can take up to 7 days to deliver, but may take longer due to high demand. We will send you a tracking email once your order has dispatched." It is now 18 days later and I have not received any notification that my watch has been shipped. The only response I have received from the company is that the COVID-19 outbreak is effecting their logistics. Interestingly enough, I have had no problems with shipping or logistical issues with any of the other items I have ordered over the past 3 months. Of course the money was deducted from my bank account the day it was ordered. I will give it a couple more days and then contact the BBB here in Washington to file a report / complaint.

Tried finding info about this company when I came across this page. It's so sad that someone would take advantage of people during this time. I also ordered multiple watches as gifts last month along with the suggested Playbeatz. I have charges for all of the items and have never received any email notifying me of a receipt of purchase or an expected shipping date. If customers don't get their purchases, I hope these people go down. Chances are they will get away with it.

I ordered 1 watch but the email sent to me said I had ordered 3 complete wit 3-lifetime warranties. I rang the Australian phone number and explained to the very helpful young lady on the other end my situation and asked for a refund, to which she said the money would be in my bank in 7 to 10 days. Today I checked my account (5 days later) and there was all my money back.

So, I am sure they are not a scam. To everyone who is waiting for their watch be patient.

I posted info about my experience back in beginning of May, but wanted to add to it because it may help all of you who think you are stuck with the bill. You must file a fraud claim with your cc company. I contacted my cc company once I realized that Oshenwatch was unreachable and unresponsive by phone or email and I had no confirmation of my order. I filed a fraudulent claim form online with my cc company saying I never got my product. The cc company reversed the charge after 3 weeks but also told me that they are waiting to hear from someone at oshenwatch to confirm my claim and it could end up being charged back to me depending on what oshenwatch says. Just today I received what looks like a legitimate email from support at oshenwatch stating they canceled my charge and notified my cc company. the reply from them had my original email I sent them after ordering the watch and couldn't reach anyone. So they were able to find my old email and reply off it once the cc company contacted them. It would appear that they have no problem taking everyone's money and provide no watch but will refund it if the cc company challenges it. Imagine how many people don't challenge the charges so they get away with it. It's not too late- file a claim to dispute the charges

Since this is an international company, there should be some international authority that can check into this so people are not being charged for items they are not receiving. There does not seem to be any customer service function in place for this company.
