Is Oshenwatch a Scam? Review of the Online Store

Bought 4 Oshen watches but they do not work, look fake n cheap.

I received 4 of them! Not one works according to description. 4 IT’s have attempted to program them all. Sickening

I did not want to be sent somewhere elsewhere I would have to provide my credit card number to someone I have no idea who it is...
Seems rather shady so guess I will have to figure out a different way

Oshenwatch is a cheap piece of junk. Would not pair with my phone. No way to set up anything including the time. Not worth the hassle to try to return it. Lesson learned. Don't buy cheap junk on the internet. Bought a Fit Bit. Couldn't be happier with it.YES OSHENWATCH IS A SCAM!!!

There really needs to be a class-action lawsuit against these scam artists. I have read other reviews stating the same issues I have had. I received the nonfunction watch 53 days after they received payment. It took dozens of emails and way too many days to be told I would get a refund. 222 days later I get the "it's been too long email". I even paid shipping to return the piece of c**p figuring I would at least get most of the money back. Welcome to 2020 even companies suck.

I also had the same experience and they kept jacking me around and last email said it was over 180 days and could not give me a refund only a store credit. Had first email from them saying credit was processed, but after about 15-20 emails and no credit back to my card, they can only give me a store credit. Who in their right mind would want to buy anything else from this company with a store credit. They refunded the $9.99 extended warranty right away.
This has been going on for over 6 months and still no refund. CC company said past their 30 days to do anything about it also. What a ripoff company!!!!!

Scam! They sent my order, TWO weeks after I cancelled it. I had to pay ups to send it back. Now they are playing games with my refund. 32 days ago their email stated that the refund was processed. Today, aother email that it was processed and will take 15 days. They are all crooks.

Don't Purchase Oshenwatch, they cheated me

Many months ago I ordered the Oshanwatch Luxe.
It took months for me to receive it and the cost of the watch was $118.90.
It finally arrived in August.
Needless to say it was NOT the watch I ordered so I packed it up and sent it
back to the address on the package through UPS and asking and paid for a return
signature that it had been received. It was mailed back on July 27th, 2020.
I NEVER received anything except an email that I had returned it to the wrong address
and that it would take a while for me to get my money back.
I have received nothing again from this company.
I want my money returned and if not I will report them to the NY State Consumer Affairs
department.
Can you advise or contact them for an inquiry. I am a senior citizen and can use the money
back in my account.

The strap on my watch broke a month after I received it now it's no good to me

The Oshen watch is a piece of garbage. There was no charger sent with it. Thus, I cannot get this watch turned on. I sent two emails to their customer service and still have not received a response. I am about ready to toss my Oshen into the ocean.

I ordered may 28 with lots in stock they sent an email telling me 14 days for delivery I called them numerous times over the course of 3 months and they even gave me 40% of while progress for shipping was being made finally I get the watch I check my vitals and come up next to perfect try again and come up with a few numbers different but still really good numbers for a guy that has D.V.T'S. so I decided to take it off and set to read vitals on my desk and it came back with a next to perfect reading once again.

THIS IS GREAT FOR A CHILD THEY ARE FRAUDUALNT ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK AND SHOULD BE STOPPED. THIS IS CRIMINAL WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY ATHORITYS.

Oshenwatch is a scam and it's a fraud. RThey refused to refund my money when I sent it back. Don't waste your money or your time, it's a fraudulent operation from the start.

Wow, you actually got the product sent to you? I ordered the watch 6 months ago and have yet to be able to reach customer service through phone, email, & chat. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE JUNK MERCHANTS!

I mistakenly ordered a watch and tried to cancel order right away. However, what apparently happened is that I ordered another two watches but also cancelled them. I received three watches that I o not want and was charged more than $100. I don't know how to get in contact with Oshen so that I can return them and get refunded. Can someone please help me H. I order three oshenwatches. Received them but for certain reasons decided to return. I called customer service they were very helpful with return process. After not receiving refund called again and they again were very helpful with processing refund. Customer service is great. Someone is dropping the ball by not providing packing slips with order numbers and receipts.

This has to be a scam. I never received a tracking #..called them and I was told watches were mailed 2 days after my order. Couldn’t give me any more info because there was no tracking #. Will call again and request my money back. I don’t hold much hope in receiving it.

I paid for the Oshen Watch and Playbeatz earphones on 5-17-20. It is 8-27-20 and I have not received anything from this company. They sent an email in June saying the items would be shipped on 6-8-20. They sent another email on 8-26-20 in response to me saying I was reporting their company.

I sent an email to the company support-buyoshenwatch.com saying I would be contacting the Federal Trade Commission. The e-mail on 8-26-20 stated that the watch had been sent but they did not have a tracking number. They also said the Playbeatz were in the separate order and they did not have the status of that order. They offered a 20% discount which I declined because I want to full refund.

Do not do any business with this company!! I have lost $98.92 to them and doubt I will get it back.

I ordered an Oshenwatch. Received it months after I paid for it. I now have it. It does not work. I am not a stupid person. I have two high-quality blood pressure monitors and it is always and a monitor for blood oxygen level. The watch is always far out of count and never shows the same results even when taken at the exact same time. Imagine this, I leave the watch into another room and take readings off my phone app. Would you believe that it shows a reading even when the watch is not on my wrist and in another room?

Tried same test. It will give a "healthy" reading whether it's on your wrist or a table across the room. I never believed that this watch could measure Blood Pressure but was hoping it could at least give me a decent Pulse/Ox reading.

I bought 1 OshenWatch and received it about a month later. Manual is poor and incomplete. Had trouble charging it at first but figured that part out and it charged fine. Runs several days on a charge. However, this watch will not connect with my iPhone or my wife's. In both cases, the phone is unable to detect the watch even if they are sitting next to each other. fortunately, many of the functions work without connecting to the phone so I've been wearing it. However, note that you cannot set the time without the phone interface so I can't use the watch as a watch. Hmmm.
My 4 attempts to communicate with support all went without response. I am tempted to hold out for help but when I visited the doctor the other day, the heart rate and blood pressure were significantly different than what the doctor's office measured. If it can't get that much right, how can I trust any of the results it provides?
Think I'll send it back if I can get an RMA. I'm in queue now on the phone. Estimated 10 minute wait time. at 11 minutes, I was sent to a survey to find out how I rate the support I received on this call. LOL. A joke? So I gave it a 1 rating (the worst since my call had never been answered) and it thanked me and hung up.
Nice enough looking watch and I love the band but don't think I could recommend this to anyone unless they have a serious excess of money and patience.

Bought 3 Oshen watch and not able to turn it on or charge it

I bought 2 of them, received after 7 weeks or so to Canada. I was impressed initially and thought they worked well. Then, I noticed they were able to read my heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels when I was NOT wearing them and they were on the dinning room table. I was really impressed then. So I did a few more tests and realized it was providing me with fake but favorable readings or results. Try for yourself.

I contacted customer service and they offered sending me 2 new ones, and also offered a 20 percent discount for the inconvenience. I hope people reading this will learn from all of our mistakes. What's the saying "if it's too good to be true...." Be careful, keep safe.

HI All - I have finally received the watch after 7 weeks. I have a simple test for everyone to try. Take the watch off, put it on the table and perform a heart rate test (BPM). Please tell me if the watch is "able" to provide you with a reading - even if your are NOT wearing the watch? If the answer is "Yes" you do get a reading, then, how is it able to get a proper reading? Case closed. It's a scam.

I bought two of them, waited 8 weeks to receive. Once I figured out how to charge them they worked fine, for about three weeks. Then neither of them would take another charge. I contacted customer service and they are sending me out two new ones, and also gave me a 20

This watch is a scam! I tried e-mailing the company several times and never received a reply. I asked for prompt replies and included all my personal contact info and still have not received a reply. my next email is to my state attorney general office. I ordered 2 and I still have them because I cannot activate them!

Ordered watch on May 15, it arrived over two months later on July 21. Same story as others have reported- the watch will not charge beyond 50% and will not pair with my iPhone XR. Emailed the company twice, with zero response.

Don't waste your money!

Watch took over 3 months to get, once I got a hold of Pay Pal they put pressure on them and I got it in another 2 weeks. From the beginning it would not pair with my I phone or Galaxy. Will not read my vitals (which is why I bought it) it charged up once and the quit and will not charge again. I have tried twice now to contact there support but they will not respond to my e-mails. Next try is land line #
I am not happy and could not recommend this product. Don't buy!!!!!

At first I thought it was a scam cause it took almost 3 months to get the watch, but it finally arrived. Then directions didnt tell me how to start it up but I youtubed it and found out it plugs into usb to charge......which it doesnt look like it fits usb but it does. After getting it and getting it charged I really like my watch... THIS IS NOT A SCAM!!!!!!!

Check to see if it can read your vitals when it's not even on your arm. Mine does.

PLUS-THE READINGS YOU GET ARE ALWAYS IN THE "HEALTHY" ZONE!

I use supplemental Oxygen so I tested it by purposely letting my Oxygen levels drop according to my "on the finger" tester.

When that trustable device said my Oxygen had dropped to 85% I ran the BPM test with the watch and my Oxygen level showed to be 98%.
TRUSTABLE TESTER = 85%
OSHENWATCH = 98%
I then tried the OSHENWATCH NOT
on my arm and it said 99%
AMAZING - without even any human contact the watch gains 1%.

Does this sound right to you?

If you have any conditions that could be life threatening I would advise that you don't trust this watch!

Received OshenWatch yesterday after waiting about six weeks. Tried to charge but won't take a charge. Interesting method of charging watch .. the watch band has to be pulled off of the watch (this takes a good amount of pulling so the band isn't going to last very long and, apparently, there is no way of getting replacements), once off the watch, try to put into a USB port. Difficult. But it won't take charge anyway so a mute point. Ane then, when you download the phone app, the agreement that you have to agree to in order to use the app is not in English but in Chinese. You have absolutely no idea as to what you are agreeing to. Won't do it. Taken in by their hype and the low price. You get what you pay for ... this is not a good watch. And it's a cheap Chinese piece of junk. Do NOT buy it.

Received watch after 3 months, plugged into USB, like everyone else bought a "dud"

I had to flip mine around in the usb port but when it goes in right it will vibrate and show charging.Hope that helps.

I have not received my watch yet. I think it's a scam. It has been close to 3 months since I ordered the watch.

Unfortunate purchase. I was thrilled at the thought of a watch that would give me my blood pressure on request. I felt I could accept the other shortcomings if that feature worked. It does work, but is so inaccurate it is not of any value.
MY RECOMMENDATION ..... SAVE YOUR MONEY. I am getting fed up with the scam products coming from China.
DO NOT BUY OSHENWATCH.....IT IS A CHINESE SCAM.

I also waited 11 weeks for it to arrive, when I plug into the USB guess what who would of believed it yep it didn't work.
