A mistake was made in my original order and showed orders for 3 watches instead of only 1 on 3 dates. I talked with Gordon today who was extremely helpful, patient, and kind in helping remove 2 of the orders and get one through. I want to thank him and the company for his service. You have a star with this Customer Service Representative.

    Kind Regards -

People are definitely jumping to conclusions far to fast when they definitively call this a scam just because they didn't receive their purchase as soon as they would like.

From all the comments that I've seen here, I really doubt that it is a scam.

BUT that doesn't mean I'm happy with their customer service!

When I purchased the watches (which still ahve not arrived), it stated that I would receive a confirmation email--that has NOT happened.

But, it also did warn that because of the current world situation, there may be a delay in delivery.

That alert at the time of purchase is what I base my "not a scam" thinking on with these "relatively short" time frames.

AND, assuming you paid with a credit card (or Paypal), you have no reason to go out and try to get an attorney or worry about your money--once a reasonable amount of time has past and you still don't have you purchase, simply file a chargeback request with the credit card company...real easy.

For those of you still considering a purchase, just be aware of the fact that processing and shipping of the orders seems to be extremely slow and you will probably not be able to get any real information on the order while you wait.

But, chances are that you will eventually get your purchase.

Just in case, make sure you use a credit card or Paypal for the purchase. I'm far more interested in seeing some REAL, OBJECTIVE opinions on the quality of the watches

By the way, I vaguely remember seeing something at the time of purchase that lead me to believe that they ship with DHLGlobal.

My experience with any eCommerce business that ships with DHL Global is that they are extremely slow.

That could be a part of the problem we are experiencing here...

I’m not sure yet if this is a scam since I just ordered this watch a week ago. I called the number for Northern America 844-846-3452 but no one answered the phone. My advice is wait for other people to receive their order and wait for product reviews before placing order.

Not sure if this is a scam or not. I have called twice and spoke to someone both times. They had my info but because of the volume and covid-19 have not received my tracking number. I ordered May 9, 2020. Checked my card and received only one merchandise process. I did ask the woman if this was a scam! Of course, she said no.

Good luck. I'm going to ride this out just for the heck of it. Sure glad I only ordered one watch.

I did the same thing, called, although different number, and spoke with a pleasant lady, she knew my order details, and said it will be shipped and tracking provided this week or next. It feels fishy, but, I have already filed my claim with PayPal, since I never put my card details, and have better protection with PayPal.

I’ve had experience with them and they start charging a $29.00 monthly fee that is hard to get out of. I kept saying that I want the issue resolved by a live person or I would contact my credit card company for my $$118.90. That is where I am now.

Ordered Oshen watch ten days ago. No email was sent to confirm sale but have an order number and cc was charged after the transaction. Called phone number but time was too late. The message said to call the next day which I plan to do. So glad I did not order three or more of the product. If no answer to phone call will call cc company and charge fraud. However, their address seems to be Denmark. If this a scam it needs to be investigated. There were lots of great reviews

I too made the same mistake and ordered last Thursday evening. Received no email confirmation and so I tried to contact them and the email that I clicked on their website to send a message bounced back to me from Mailer-Daemon as undeliverable.

Tried calling the number listed and the message said they were closed. No further information. I contacted my cc company on Saturday and disputed the charge as fraudulent. And then I locked my credit card.

It's now Wednesday and I decided to cancel my credit card thinking it likely was compromised. My cc company is reversing the charge while they investigate. Even now as I go to their website a chat box comes up asking if they can help me.

I sent a message and it shows message not delivered. Clearly a scam but they are very good at flooding the search engines with positive news of their product. Even when you type in 'is Oshen Watch a scam?' they have created a site that comes up that looks like a legit review about how good the watch is.

Ordered my watch on 4/30/2020. Received and order number. Was told I'd receive an email confirmation. Fine print said the order could take up to 7 days to deliver due to demand. Haven't received anything since placing my order.

It's now 5/13 and my watch and any email related to my purchase has not been sent or received. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact the "company" OshenWatch, only to be bounced around the net.

This has cost me $118.90 that I will undoubtedly never see again. I'm not a wealthy person so this really isn't a gratifying experience. It is however as lesson learned.

I also believe is Microsoft is going to take money from a ripoff company like this so this company can put a deceptive ad on Microsoft's web site, that Microsoft should be held liable for allowing this crap, not only to occur, but to be continually broadcast on their web site. HEY MICROSOFT!! WAKE THE HELL UP OR THE PEOPLE YOU'RE TRYING TO REACH ARE GOING TO GO TO ANOTHER, HONEST VENDER!
