Portaprojecto located at portaprojecto.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell portal projectors for $49.99. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Such a scam. Ordered ours. Wanted to return it because the product quality was so poor, and they refuse to issue us a return. Their customer service told us the projector was non-refundable because it was on sale but no where on the site does it say final sale.
Total scam. I ordered this “projector” on April 23. It’s now October 6 and I haven’t received a projector. After reading these reviews - apparently I received a flimsy tripod that’s like 3” tall. Do not order.
The same happened to me I ordered on the same date as you did and I also received a flimsy tripod which I dont even need because I still don't have a minI projector. So now, im doing a resume of what happened to try and get my money back because apparently they offered me a refund of 5$ but want to charge me 45$ for the shipping of their crappy tripod...
I bought mine on May 5th, with a 5 year warranty! I received my package and it was only a cheap tripod valued at $3. i'm very upset facebook allows scams to post on their site.
I bought mine around the same time too and I also received a $3 tripod today. I agree It’s very upsetting.. and it’s a shame they can live with taking people’s money like that.
I ordered mines in March. I've sent multiple emails and haven't gotten a response. Now they completely changed their name to Live Projectors.
*** Complete scam***I bought a projector for $69 (ORDER #1789) on 7th April. I haven't received anything from these scamsters. Facebook is running their ads and encouraging this scam to take place. I am very disappointed that a reputed company like Facebook is letting them get away with such a blatant scam. I hope someone somewhere takes notice and get us our money refunded. Almost the same here; Got a cheap kinda projector which undoubtedly doesn't look like the one that is posted on the website. Worst of all, I had done a bit digging, in which I know that the package should come with a remote control, which I didn't see in the packing...
I also placed an order and after 1 month of waiting I emailed them. They then replied with a tracking no. The item was shipped direct from China - and I received a flimsy tripod. No projector. ....
Same thing happened to me but I waited two months and I’m constantly trying to get through to them! They changed their website name and design of projector since I first placed my order

I made an order on April 12 and have not received a shipping confirmation. I paid $79 and now they are advertising it for $49. I requested an update 3 days ago and haven’t received an update
I ordered a similar product from MotionProjector. Ships out of Canada. It has only been a few days, but have not heard anything about a ship date. They have an Outlook email address. Was supposed to ship within 6 hours. Web site is almost identical to PortaProjecto.
I ordered mine the second week of April this year and still have not received. I opted for express shipping to Canada. I emailed them 3 times and no response.
