The fake websites are operated by scammers using the oldest trick in the book to trick potential victims into sending them money(Dogecoin cryptocurrency). The scammers claim they are giving away 500,000,000 DOGE and ask participants to send a certain amount of cryptocurrency to them and they will send back double the amount. But, if the requested amount is sent, the victims will never receive the cryptocurrency they were promised and will not receive the amount they have sent.
