I purchase a weight set for a decent price on line at degatus website as it showed up in my google search bar.

When I was completing the purchase, I was sent to paypal and after approving the purchase I was not redirected back to the website and I did not receive any email confirmation from the company. It has been a week and no delivery has been received so I looked again through my email, nothing on their, tried to log into their website and it said no account, yet my computer had remembered the username and password, something was fishy so I looked on paypal and they did approve the transaction for the exact amount of the purchase price with tax included ay out for the amount of the purchase but it was paid out to BERNARD M FITCHETT and it listed the sale as a timeshare sale, not a weight set.

I will have to contact paypal to refund my money and ask them to report this man as when I called it went to a survey company, not Degatus.

It showed up a Benard M Fitchett, Timeshare on my PayPal account. I started a PayPal investigation on the 18th, they are giving the seller until the 7th of July to respond then they were going to the next step to return my funds. This is a long process, so I would definitely like to find the Real address of the person who got paid from PayPal as I would like to file a lawsuit against this person for committing fraud against us all.

Tried to purchase a bike and chose paypal, I was directed to paypal to make a purchase but purchase went through without redirecting me to the site to complete purchase. No confirmation code or order number received or any proof of purchase sent to my email. The information,ie phone number and address are spoofs and not really for the website.

Paypal really are a disgrace. They fully know the fraudulent nature of their clients such as Degatus and Tonnage but continue to do business with them Google are also culpable in openly promoting *( Degatus) in their search engines. Together, Google and Paypal are conspirong against the consumer and allowing fraudulent activity to take place.

I am currently in the throes of trying to recover monies from 2 fake transactions

My heart goes out to you, I as well was doopt. Maybe a class-action lawsuit might be needed if these types of transactions are being honored by PayPal. I will wait and see what they do in response to my investigation before looking deeper, but you might want to litigate a claim if you have had multiple encounters with PayPal and Google. However, you may want to give them the benefit of the doubt as there are so many clients of PayPal, it might be hard for them to recognize the pattern has occurred as it might be a small number in volume in comparison to the number of legitimate sales that take place using PayPal.
