Onisa store is a scam
Anyone know how to get a full refund from an online scam? I spent $30 on a hair trimmer, that had I realized the domain name was sketchy I wouldn’t have ordered it. I ordered in March, have yet to receive the correct product, have gone round and round with the email. I FINALLY received the first package that was sent (due to multiple emails of demanding my product, they have “resent” my product 3 times) - however it is NOT the product I ordered, or even worth the same monetarily. I am now being told that in order to get a refund that I have asked/demanded multiple times, or my correct product, that I would need to send the incorrect product back, first. I’m so over this!

I ordered two collapsible shoe racks that hang over a door ($14.99 ea)from IGIRL.shop. It had been over two months and have not received a thing. I did receive with no papers two 3 pocket holders that fit noting a fifth the size and no way to hang it.

It is a scam. I ran through the same problem as you. They will send you a cheap speaker and ask you to return it back to them to get a refund or offer you a 40% refund. Do not do what they say. You need to report this to your bank and get a refund back as I am doing now.
